Partial payment recieved to *****
Dear Sir /Mam I was recently a victim of digital ***** with my first Nation bank app. on the 18/07 /23. I did report the incident to my bank Ref Number for case 2023-2313099 On the 5/8/3+2023 recieve recieve a partial payment of R6000 after the bank concluded thier investigation. The total amount I was de*****ed of was R11000 I contacted FNB and required as to why I did not recieve a total refund of all monies that was de*****ed. They gave me an explination of which I really did not understavd and did not make sence to me as I feel that I should be full compensated as thier policy says that if any ***** was committed I should be fully compensated and not a partial payment I would apreciate it if you good please do an investigation regarding this matter. I will greatly apreciate it Mr Anderson Thank You

If anyone is looking for a tax practitioner please do not hesitate to contact company. The accountant who helped me was Miss Fatima and did an excellent job when dealing with Alexander Forbs regarding my tax returns... Alexander Forbs gave sars a incorrect tax directive and this created a major problem where I was unable to submit my tax return for over 2years.... After I had acquired the services of the tax practitioner in question she managed to resolve an issue that even Alexander Forbs tax department was unable to resolve. Weldone to you Fatima Veloza

Thanks to platform that helopeter has provide for us to hold big corprets answerable and accountable. I recently wrote a reviews about Alexander Forbs and I am glad to report that after posting on this platform AF was quick to respond to my complaint which I had longed. I had been trying to get my tax directive insure sorted out 4 over a year now finally after aquerying the services of a tax practicioner Miss Fatima from CC Steyn accountants and auditors my problem has been resolved Thank hellopetrr

Poor Service from Forbes
Over a year I'm unable to submit my tax return due to an error made by Forbes (incorrect tax directive).I've called their offices countless times but got no response. I even acquired the services tax practitioner and even she has got no assistance due to Forbes holding up this process. Please can you assist as Kelebogile from Forbes who was assigned this task has never given me any feedback to date and has been passing the buck to the accounts department

CHARGED WRONG PRICE
i purchased a 2 kg charcoal but was charged for a 3 kg charcoal on 3/4/2015 at pick n pay express chess service station.how can you receive a different item but pay more for less. I told the cashier about this she said to me i hate it when this happens and did nothing about it

I went to Hub to open an account.i WAS PHONED ON MY HUSBANDS PHONE AND TOLD TO COME AND COLLECT MY CARD WHEN I WENT TO HUB I WAS INFORMED THAT A COPY OF MY I.D WAS NOT ATTACHED TO MY APLICATION YET NTOMBIFUTHI HAD TAKEN A COPY OF MY I.D

JOB WELDON
I would like to congratulate the above supervisor on a job Weldon.He was very helpful and very knowledgeable in his work.I found him to very pleasant even when i was not he kept his composure at all times.I was very impressed with how much he knew about phone and which phone would be best taken to suite the consumer his advise was in valuable in helping me choose an upgrade. I have been with MTN for about 8 years now and have yet to come across somebody who is so knowledgeable and so hands on and he know his stuff no hesitation when it came to giving me advise and i am a very happy costumer because, i am over satisfied with the advice he gave when upgrading my contract.I ALWAYS DO MY UPGRADES IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED STORE AND TO DATE HAVE NOT MET ANYONE WHO CAN STAND UP TO HIS CALIBER.I feel he is not being used to his full potential and should be considered for promotion so that MTN can get his full potential out of him and promote MTN to greater hieghts ,he has so much to offer
