My daugher was doing N6 in travel and tourism last year via Ethekwini Tvet (centec campus)and she still haven't receive the result. She went to the college 3 times but they keep on telling her to wait they have escalated this with DHET. I called Mchunu to find out what is happening he promised to escalate this with DHET but last week Friday he sent me an sms telling me that the person that is dealing with this will only come back on Tuesday. I called him again today and he said his got no control of something that is happening in Pretoria will have to wait. The child is waiting for these results and she can't apply or look for inservice training without the results. And my worry is if she failed that means she is not gonna do a re write as she didn't register. We are already on the 28 jan but nothing is happening and we not getting the proper answers. The service for this dealership is terrible, they only cares about money not about client.
service is really bad from Renault and people really need to stop using Renault cars as their staff are only cares about the sale not a service. Complaint was lodged in September but no one is coming bad to me. This is really a nonsense I was using VW before but I need had this problem. Please be cautious of this dealership they really don't care.
I logged the complaint about the service that I received from Renault Gateway but still haven't received the feedback. Complaint was log in September and now we are in the end of December. I will continue logging this complaint until I get the feedback as it seems like Renault does not care about their customers.
TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM RENAULT GATEWAY. I PAID LOT OF MONEY FOR MY CAR TO BE FIXED AND WITHIN 3 DAYS THE CAR STARTED DOING THE SAME THING. I SENT IT BACK AND AFTER FEW HOURS I WAS TOLD THAT EVERYTHING IS FINE, I WENT TO PICK UP THE CAR . AFTER A WEEK IT STARTED AGAIN I TOOK IT BACK AND I WAS ADVISED THAT IT SOMETHING ELSE THAT IS DAMAGED NOT WHAT WAS FIXED WHEN I ASKED THEM HOW COME THEY DIDN'T PICK UP THAT THEY SAID NO IT WAS NOT FAULTY ON THAT TIME. I TOOK MY CAR AND I LODGED THE COMPLAINT BUT STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE, NO FEEDBACK NOTHING.

bad customer received for Renault I paid R9200 for my car to be fixed but the car is still doing the same. When I took the car back to them Riaad told me that it something else that is fault, I really dont understand what they fixed if the car is still doing exactly the same. I log the complaint but no one is coming back to me, I will complaint until I get the feedback.

I logged the complaint with regards to the service that I had from Renault gateway that was on the 27-09-2019 but I still haven't received any feedback from them.
