Do not purchase the Airo AI Website Builder - you can build it, but the actual website does not work, even on their own domain! Almost all of the agents have little to NO product knowledge on how it works, so calls are conveniently "disconnected" when you have an issue. My advice - don't even waste your time trying - you'll get different information from agent to agent, all costing you energy AND money! Not worth it!
@OneDayOnly management, either do something about your operational processes + company culture, or re-hire for ALL OneDayOnly agents - all have ZERO customer service!! 2nd review-in space of 1 week-on same issue-matter still NOT resolved!! Purchased item, logged return on same day it was delivered. Followed-up today on refund. WhatsApp agent initially chatted but later stopped responding?? Then received email from Ayanda advising that refund was not submitted (had previously received email from Raul confirming item has been received and refund submitted) and I should wait a further 3-5 days for funds to reflect?? Surely it can’t be this hard for something so simple?
The poorest customer service I have experienced in a while. Bitterly disappointed at Lathi Makhubele from Takealot who thought it appropriate to nonchalantly hum a song in response to me explaining my case and voicing my frustration over a R100k refund case Takealot should have resolved by now. Not even the decency to show interest in assisting me, nor to apologise for the inconvenience caused. A blatant "don't care" attitude - no professionalism and no shame either.
Telkom Fourways Mall sales consultants do not have the required product knowledge nor competence to ensure customers are correctly assisted. <br> It took: <br> +- 3 days to open my account<br> +-3.5 weeks to have a technician come out as I could not connect <br> +- 20-25 calls to follow-up on the progress of my account where different sales consultants gave different and incorrect information each time<br> +- 3 months to have the contract cancelled - which I had previously been informed, by different sales consultants from the store, was cancelled. <br> Telkom then debited my account - I went into the store to resolve the issue and the sales consultants' gave me a \don't care"attitude and continually refused to accept fault on their part for poor"
