Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before placing orders with GLP1-2U. I placed an order with GLP1-2U on 13 December 2025. When delivery did not take place, I cancelled the order as I read multiple reviews from other customers stating that deliveries are often very late or that goods are not supp**** timeously. Based on this, I chose to continue with my usual supplier, who would already be open by the time GLP1-2U's delivery might occur. I requested a refund immediately after cancellation. It has now been three and a half weeks, and no refund has been received. Wayne Zunderberg, who is responsible for processing the refund, has repeatedly promised but has not followed through with payment.
Stay away from MTN Supersonic... it's a headache waiting to happen. I got stuck with them when Nepic sold out... and now I can't seem to get rid of them. Poor wiFi Reception, Holding on Telephone Calls - over an hour sometimes (only to ever be "escelated"), and ofcourse... cancelling the account is a battlefield... staying on for the prescribed month to make the 30day notice period... and now I'm supposedly uncancelled and a few months overdue... MTN Supersonic... the STD of the service provider realm... it simply will not go away... Service provider? What service? MTN Supersonic will not know "service" if it hit them in the proverbial face and called them "lying, cheating, money grabbing scoundrels"... Ladies & Gents... this horse it is simply safer not to saddle - spare yourself the headache.

MTN just doesn't care after your signature has been scribbled across that dotted line. In true South African style - you simply don't matter to MTN. I have fulfilled the terms of my 24 month contract - and am now paying R250 for 500mb data it seems. I have been attempting to cancel this contract for the past 2 months to no avail because when you don't have the actual MTN cellular number on hand - MTN simply doesn't allow you access to their call centre & whomever you do get through to is about as helpful as what it would be continually banging your head against a wall. In fact I whole-heartedly believe that the painful process of harming oneself might actually deliver more satisfaction than attempting to cancel a contract with MTN. I have sent e-mails, spoken the MTN East Rand Mall (worst service ever), MTN Head Office to absolutely no avail - so now I will simply make sure I get my monthly subscription fee's worth by beginning my MTN Anti-Campaign.

To our delight there were no warnings of closed rides on your digital display which resulted in me gladly forking over R380-00 for a day of thrills. My expectations were short lived - the Log Rides, Runnaway Train, Tower of Terror (most of the main attractions) were closed for servicing. **attached below - R380-00's worth of notice bords**</p> <p> </p> <p>I would under these conditions expect at least a warning to clients wanting to enter the park as well as a reduced entrance fee - simply put - what is paid for was not available.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, my boyfriend & I filled out a complaint form on exiting the premises & was promised a courtesy call at latest Wednesday 01-06-2016 - still nothing. What a vindictive, unethical manner of trapping people into paying money for no real necessary service. How pathetic to steal money from unsuspecting victims under the guise of services rendered, and that with people that struggle financially in the first place?<br> <br> No fees are mentioned up until you have unknowingly entered into a sorry excuse of a contract supposedly allowing LoanFindersSA access to your bank accounts. Lack of communication skills, inability to resolve matters, no statements as promised, harassment even after monthly EFT's were made... the list goes on.<br> <br> I was retrenched a few years back which led to certain debts being dishonoured - the debt was written off as bad debt according to my credit report 2012-12-06. After I gained employment elsewhere, I naturally resumed paying my debt (without any prompting to do so) - this time to Norman Bissett & Associates.<br> <br> R25948-00 and many frustrating phone calls later, 29th January 2015, I finalised payment as per the outstanding balance on my credit report. In all this time I have never received a single statement or paid up certificate as requested. Why am I still being harassed to make payments towards a settled account?<br> <br> I have contacted several consultants to no avail. I have recently sent balance summaries, proof of payments, and my credit report - the reply was an sms stating that I am now 60 days overdue with my payment!? How could any company get away with such pathetic service? <br> <br> I request that I am furnished with a letter stating that this account is fully settled, and that I am no longer subjected to misguided claims.
