I have been sending mails to Wesbank amd dont get replies. They have decide to charge me for insurance on my vehicle after 2 years when I have sent the proof. They also have not refunded me for an invorrect payment that I made to them. No one returns call.
Worst experience ever.It all started on the 10/10/2019 when I wanted to purchase an Xtrail from Autocity Nissan Heidelburg. I was told the one I enquired about was coming from Nissan SA which apparently was sold to someone else. The salesman Jacques kept saying the vehicle was arriving since the 11/10/2019 but only got it there a few days later(16/10/2019). Pretoria to Heidelburg - 6 Days I went to collect the car on the 18/10. I did not get to test drive the car and when I got the car I noticed the aircon was not working. I was not handed the vehicle over with explanations of the warranty etc. I was not introduced to the workshop manager as per your Nissan policy. I went back to them about the aircon and they said is was part of the problem with the power steering light. The car was also absolutely dirty! They collected the car from me on the 21/10/2019 with the below list of issues I noted to the salesman who stated on whats app that "all will be done". Bonnet was loose – I was told this was an issue with all X-trails Rear fog light not working – They only fixed this when I got there to fetch the car and told them it was still not working and then met the workshop manager( a week later) Left rear door arch beading was loose – still not fixed Driver seat , the sponge was worn and passenger seat had a cut – still not fixed Aircon not working - fixed after a week of having the car Power steering light - fixed after a week of having the car Car desperately needs a complete valet inside and out – done but not the greatest job. Brake discs are scored – still not done car shudders when braking at about 100km/h The black panels on the doors are worn out and faded - still not done I had to go collect the car from them as they told me in the last few hours they don’t have a driver to deliver to me.( JHB to Heidelburg) I then told Tommy(sales Manager) to cancel the deal with this car and he needs to source another one for me which he agreed. The car was then given to me with no handover nor explanation to what was done. I noted that that the back right tyre was worn out. This was not the case when I gave them the vehicle on the 21/10. They then changed to tyres to new budget tyres( I am not sure if the Nissan warranty will still apply with these tyres). I waited for over an hour for the car. The salesman , Jacque De Beer, totally ignored me and continued helping other customers whilst I stood outside the dealership and never offered me a seat. I called on the 28/10 to speak to Tommy and told him I was prepared to keep the car as long as he sorts out all the issues which he agreed to and he promised to call me back. I am still waiting for his call. I have been wasting my time ,petrol and telephone calls and nothing gets done. The saleman never calls , he only uses whatsapp. That is such bad customer service I must state that this is the first Nissan that I bought but will really think twice on the next one because I have never experienced such bad service in my entire time of buying 25 odd cars. Update! My car was collected by Nissan Heidelberg to fix the outstanding items on the 05/11/2019. After me calling to find out the progress and calls never returned by the sales manager (Tommy), my car was to be delivered back to me on 08/11/2019. When I called Tommy on the 7/11/2019 he assured me that the number plates will be put on.I gave them a window period of between 10 and 1pm for the 8/11/2019 before I attended my next meeting which was on for the rest of the day. Needless to say, the driver was apparently stuck at the license department when i called Tommy who said the driver was almost done. I then called the driver on his cellphone who told me he was done but now had to go buy the number plates. The license plates and disks were not on but left in the car for me to do myself. Gopo from Nissan South Africa was handling my query but decided to stop calling me after I left several messages for him Never buy a Nissan because even Nissan SA will give you the same treatment of not returning calls. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESES GUYS, PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY IF YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM

I have been promised to received my card 2 months ago and still havent received anything. After 3 calls still card.
After nearly 7 months of making excuses they decided to give us another unit. This was my sons birthday gift which he did not use for the period that it was in repairs.
These people don't call back and keep promising that the helicopter will be ready next week and over 2 months later they still haven't fixed it. The owner Danny has a bad attitude and says what must he do yet he promised when we bought the helicopter that he has parts always available.next step is the CPA. To get my full refund
