Pathetic and ***********. They should honestly rather close their doors. Their policy to "**** Credit" is absolutely bull****. at least you get service from real credit providers. As a owner or shareholder I would be embarrassed to associate myself with this Company. Who even reads and responds to these reviews? Shows you how much they really care about their customers. 1 month since order was approved. ETA of 22nd given for order to be dispatched. No order received, no waybill, no communication, no updates no nothing. Think twice before falling for this ****. It is not worth it at all. Yes, we all do not qualify for credit and cannot afford things cash, but wit the time it takes to wait for your stuff you could have saved up enough to buy the stuff cash. I am a R1500 poorer than I was 2 months a ago and I have jack **** to show for it.
Rentoza is not worth the efforts. Ok firstly I made a mistake, I ordered 4 of a product instead of 2. No biggy on that as the payment still went through. Now to try and get your stuff verified, thats a deifferent story. ID went well and now I am stuck at the bank verification. FNB does not want to connect via TrueID and I opted for the oprion to manually upload my statements. It runs of a timer for 5 minutes and just gives me a message with ERR and try agin. Tried nearly 20 times. Now do not try their support. After the BOTS you will get through to someone but this is worthless. You will waste your time typing out your problem just to get a response for Please send a screenshot and the chat closes. Had this with 2 x different "support"agents and both sent the exact same text, almost as if it copied off somewhere so that they can avoid actually doing anything. This really sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst network and useless support. Holding on for 1 hour. Promise to phone back but never does. Everytime they say they made changes but when you phone back no changes were made. Day 3 now without any internet.
Good luck in getting any response from these guys. Emails simply does not get responded to. They are quick to phone you but good luck if you wish to phone them. Very unprofessional. Can't believe the bigger companies get these guys to do their collections. All I need is a simple prescription letter.
Waiting for nearly 6 months for prescription letters. You can phone them and you just get sent in circles through the call centre. No body knows how to simply help you. You can email all their email channels to no avail. I did however once get a response requesting my latest credit report. That was sent. As of today still no response or reply. All response you get is useless reference numbers.
Worst experience with an ISP ever. After a weeks battle with the courier guys getting my delivery address wrong, wich was stated correctly when ordering the my package it arrived. It arrived on Wednesday 07/12/2022. Today is the 12th and my LTE is still not active. Dont even bother trying their Whatsapp support as that takes ages. I did however end up getting hold of someone on Friday. They simply stated it takes anything from 24 to 48 hours to activate the service. Granted that there is a weekend involved, it is now approching 72 hours. Also, don't be fooled by the R200 discount when ordering online. They charge you the full R250.
So, I did a cash withdrawal of quite a big amount. Did all my payments just to see that there is no longer any funds available. Upon going through my transactions I discovered that the withdrawel went off twice. I phone the bank where the first lady saw the amount going of twice. She confirmed that the funds will be returned to my account within 24 hours and that she will also escalate the matter as there are no longer any funds available in the account. 24 hours later I phone again. This time the story changes to 7 days and that "they cannot confirm weather I withdrew the money or not". So for 7 days I have no funds available. I cannot put petrol in my car or buy anything. Worst service ever. Would suggest people rather stick to the bigger names where they have branches that you can walk in with any queries and ATM's that you can use. It is the banks mistake, not mine. It is my money and for now I must suffer for their mistakes. Taking their monthly account charges into consideration ( wich is alot ), the service you receive is quite pathetic.

As of from February 26 2015 Absa decided to put a hold on my cheque account. After many embarrassing attempts to swipe/withdraw money I contacted Absa where they told me to go to the nearest branch. On Monday the 2nd of March I went to the branch and they confirmed that they will put through a request to get the account unblocked so that I can use the money. I once again went to the nearest branch on Friday where I got told the exact same thing. It is now Monday the 9th of March and still no money. No debit orders or anything can go off the account. Very disgusted with Absa after being a client for 5 years. I will most certainly close all my accounts and move to another bank. [Email Removed]
