Ive been using Pudo XL lockers for years now and have made 30+ Shipments for XL lockers. I mainly ship Elna Press machines which are in the size and weight limit for the largest lockers. Never had any issues untill a driver having a bad day decided not to pick up one of these last week, now im in a death loop with support, they just refuse to aknowlage that the package is in spec, doesent matter if they have a picture the mesuments and the weight, now they are just ghosting my update request, Last time I was this frustrated with any service provider was probably with telkom 15 years ago.
Tried calling the Call center on 0861886466 from 16:40 on 23/03/2015, was put on hold and then the call was cut off, tried 7 times and was cut off. 17:00 came buy when the automated voice tells you that their office hours are until 17:00
I was involved in an accident and 'Major 2 Autobody Repairs' was the closest approved panel beater.

They repaired all the panels in the front of the car including be bumper. A couple of months after the repairs I noticed that the bumper is not longer aligned with the body and one of the silver trimming fell of as others are shifting out of place due to the bumper moving (the number plate is also coming loose)

I took the car back to them to have a look at it and was told that someone must have fell against the bumper or something and they will not be held liable for the repairs.

I will never take the car back to 'Major 2 Autobody Repairs' as I do not trust their workmanship and will eventually have to pay for the repairs elsewhere.

Below are the company's details

Major 2 Autobody Repairs
Address: 4 Banfield Rd, Industria North, Gauteng, 1709, South Africa
City of Roodepoort
Post Office box: 43224, Industria, Roodepoort, 2042
Phone: 011 477 6151,, Fax: 011 477 6173
Categories: Panel Beaters & Spray Painters,
I bought my first car end of 2013 and was insured by FirstEquity(comprehensive). PS, they charged me significantly more than all the big insurance companies, I checked with them all.

3 months after I bought the car I was involved in a an accident where my car had 50K worth of damage.

I was really stressed about the whole thing and was worried that they would find something wrong and not pay out as everyone always hear but...

I reported the accident at my nearest police station and notified Ahmed from FirstEquity. Ahmed then Emailed me a couple of forms to fill out and I sent them back. The same day still he gave me a list of approved panel beaters to get quotes, which I did and sent it back to them. It took them less that 48 hours to approve and My car was fixed.

This was really hassle free and I rest assured that FirtEquity will assist me honestly and efficiently in the future should I need their assistance.

Thanks guys, you rock
I 'lost' both my S3 & S4 Mini last year. Both were registered with Samsung Find My Mobile(And Android Device manager). As soon as I 'lost' them these devices were switched off and I was unable to locate them. Samsung and the network provider were unable to locate these devices either(or even help to do so), which in itself is useless, there must be a way to track them as they both have GPS.

I check every week or so if one of the phones comes back on with Samsung Device manager but someone has removed my S4 mini from this page and when I logged this with Samsung they told me to just re-register my 'lost' phone.(not possible as part of the setup is on the handset itself)

My next phone will be Apple.
