I canceled my contract in April, they have been debating my bank account even when this contract is confirmed canceled. In June they debited by bank account twice.
I bought a maintenance plan and never received the documents in 2020/19. This plan was sold to me recklessly as for new car sales I learn now this was done to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the plan. Now that I need to claim the plan has expired. I did not receive the policy documents from Innovation Group or Clearwater Mazda.
Someone by the name Desire Oulai setup a fake interview using Microsoft teams for the interview and also stole my information. His email address is Desire.Oulai@bicworld.com.
I received a invitation for a job interview which was said to be for BiC. But this was not true. A man with name Desire Oulai interviewed me on Monday for the FP&A role in South Africa. He has access to my CV which has my ID number and name and surname including my career history.
After registering my claim with dail direct an appointment for assessment of my damaged car was made with Easyway. I arrived one and half hour early for my assessment. I received excellent service from Galied upon entering in through the doors and was made to feel at ease considering I was still impacted by the accident I had been involved in. The mini conversation helped me gather more information on what I could do to in the meantime fix the exhaust which made a lot of noise while I drove.During this time my car was assessed while I had something to drink.
