I received extremely poor service from this company!!! I ordered the simplest thing from them which they completely stuffed up and no employee nor the manager cares if you are satisfied or not , not even when they are at fault!!! The most unprofessional service I received in a very long time, I would not recommend them for your printing needs at all!!
It's now been more than 3 weeks since I first logged a claim with discovery. I am not getting any service or feedback from anyone. I can not check on any app or internet because discovery loaded my details incorrectly and have for some reason added my mother in law as a mandated person on my profile. I know this is not the details i provided when I filled in my application for discovery insure. When I call no one can assist me. I get transferred everywhere and cut off. This is disgusting service from such a large institution
It has been 2 weeks without any response from Capitec with regards to my loan application. I have given them my DRC number via wapp email and telephonically numerous times and still I dont know if the application has been approved or declined. Capitec never cares about service. Massive shout out to Wirulink and especially Alwyn who went above and beyond to assist me, who knows absolutely nothing about internet and technology, to get our internet back up and running and, after hours at that! It is extremely rare to come across good service these days not to mention amazing service. Your assistance and effort was greatly appreciated!!!!!
As always, Capitec never seizes to DISSAPOINT!!! My husband and I have been using the same Capitec account for 7 years plus. We have been to the Randfontein branch on 3 occassions during the past two years to get power of attorney sorted out for me on the account as he works in the DRC. Everytime we are assured that it has now been done properly. Today I went ino the branch to reset my internet banking app as it blocked for some reason, I also requested a new bank card. After my card was stopped I was informed that they can not assist me with a new card or unblock my internet banking as the power of attorney is still not in place. The lady (Cindy) really tried all she could to assist me but to no avail. She called helpdesk and they informed her that I should open a new account with a different bank and use that until my husband returns to fix the account! I am outraged, not only am I left with no means of accessing money on our account but I am also adviced to go to a different bank. I have to small kids and an elderly mother to take care of with no CARD, NO CASH, CANT SWIPE, NO INTERNET AND NO WAY OF TRANSFERRING MONEY OR MAKING PAYMENTS. Capitec really does not care about there clients at all.
I have been a customer with vodacom for 20 plus years. Recently my phone was disconnected due to my acc being in arrears (provided vodacom only sends a statement on the 5th of every month) I paid the amount requested by vodacom to reconnect my lines and still NO SERVICE. I was asked to send numerous emails to numerous places and promised that in 2 to 4 hours my phone would be active....NOTHING !!! Every person (lady) I spoke to except the last gentleman that unfortunately had to deal with me was extremely rude and very unhelpful. I think vodacom has enough customers and we need to maybe start giving other service providers a chance and see if there is still such a thing as service out there!!! Even the email for a manager I was provided with does not work and no help from any avenue!!!! DISGUSTED AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF WASTED LOYALTY
For almost 2 years my salary has been coming into Capitec from the DRC without any issues and with a standing instruction on file. Last month all of a sudden there was a problem and Capitec called me while I was in South Africa, the lady assured me that everything is fine now and I will have no further issues. This month there is again a problem with Capitec releasing my salary!!!! I have now tried since Thursday last week to reach the back with NO success, the phones are just not answered. I have sent a mail as that is what the lady told my wife I need to do this morning and still NO response and NO salary!!!! The bank refuses to speak to my wife although I was assured she has power of attorney on my account. Is Capitec going to fund my debit orders going off tonight?? And will they also sent letters to all my debtors explaining why my accounts are not paid all though my salary has been with them for days?????? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
This company is a complete scam!!! Do not buy anything from them!! I am still waiting for my refund or a call back! Spoke to Ronel today who is apparently the manager, after I complained to her about the customer service I was adviced that she would call me back, more than 3 hours later and without caring about my bad experience she still has not bothered. When i called her again and requested to speak to the her manager she ever so unpolitely informed me that he/she does not take calls so i have to be satisfied with her lack of service or i get nothing!!! As promised i will be placing this on social media now and i will also be reporting this company to the better business bureau!!! They cant care less about a customers dissatisfaction!!! Pathetic!!!!
I ordered a bunk bed online, as instructed when I was in your shop purchasing a mattress. I received a call today to say that the bed will only be arriving end of March or in April, when I instructed the lady (Leane) that I was not satisfied with this and wanted my money returned so I could purchase a bed somewhere else she advised that she first needed to find out if this was possible and that she would phone me back. It has now taken her more than two hours to find out and call me back!!!! I am according to law allowed to cancel my purchase!!! I am sick and tired of bad service. I expect to be called!!! I will be naming and shaming your company on every platform available to me until I get satisfaction!!!
Worst service as usual from CAPITEC!!! I called the forex department three times before finally getting any answer this morning to enquire if my husbands funds will be released or not. We went to the bank and followed all their instructions before he left so as to leave me in a position where I will be able to operate on his account. My number is on the acc, I have power of attorney on all 3 his accounts. Spoke to Caslyn (whom by the way has absolutely no business dealing with customers as she has got NO people skills and NO empathy or willingness to find a solution to a problem) she informed me she can not give me any info on the account. I explained I have access to the account still she could not assist me. My brothers account (where I do not have power of attorney by the way) they were more than willing to provide me with enough info to be able to assist him. When I asked to speak to her manager she placed me on hold for another 5 minutes and then dropped the call!!! Why cant Capitec ever assist the first time? Why did they tell me everything was in order before he left just to leave me in the dark now? Absolute ****ty service !!!!!!
