⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Ford Kempster in Umhlanga, and the experience was exceptional. A special thank you to Shrivar, the sales executive, and Sanjula, the financial manager, for their outstanding service throughout the process. Although the process took longer than anticipated, it truly didn’t feel like it at all. Shrivar’s professionalism, patience, and attentiveness made us feel comfortable and informed at every step. Sanjula’s expertise and guidance in handling the financial aspects were equally impressive, ensuring everything was smooth and transparent. What stood out most was the warm hospitality we received from the entire Ford Kempster team. Being introduced to the team and experiencing such a welcoming atmosphere was a pleasant surprise that made the entire experience feel personal and special. Thank you to Shrivar, Sanjula, and the Ford Kempster team for going above and beyond. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and the service we received. Highly recommended!
Sportscene - The Foschini Group On 24/11/20 ordered a pair of sneakers online on Sportscene and delivery was supposed to take 5-7 days as per their order confirmation email and policy. Today marks Day 14 since i placed my order and the order status still says "Processing". I have called more than 5 times already to track my order and each time i have stayed on the line for more than 10 minutes. when i eventually speak to someone I am told that someone will call me back with answers and im STILL waiting for a call back. I have emailed onlineshop@tfg.co.za on 03/12/2020 and all i got was an automated response saying " Our support team will respond as soon as possible". I have even tried to escalate this but i was told that the supervisors are out of office and i will get a call back. This is the worst customer service that i have ever received from Sportscene and it is inexcusable! I still do not have any feedback on my order!
<p>After two days of trying to book a flight on the Standard Bank ucount rewards travel mall, the website finaly takes me to the payment site. During the two days the site kept on displaying blank pages or not allowing me to select different options. At first I thought the problem was on my side due to poor internet connection and/or reception. I subsequently changed my location and internet connection a number of times until the site took me to the payment page (where and amount was deducted of my account).</p> <p>Once the payment went through, the site took me to a blank page once agian! Leaving me with only a payment confirmation but no e-ticket.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i enquired about the e-ticket, this is the response i received "because you are booking on a live booking system, we have no control of the availability and it this case it was due to last seat availability that the flights were unable to confirm. We can reverse your funds back to you or we can confirm the flights but at a higher cost." (Bearing in mind that the origional flight details and the new flight details are exactly the same)</p> <p> </p> <p>I had made a booking at that time as to get a flight at a lower cost and NOT pay more. By virtue of the amount being deducted from my account, I assumed that my flight is reserved. The contrary was brought to my attention only once I had called them to ask for the e-ticket. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is an error on their part and I should not be bearing the brunt. I have been an Standard Bank customer for more than 10 years now and I am extremely dissapointed!</p>
I cracked my cellphone screen so i take it in for repairs. They tell me its going to take 2-3 weeks. I call them at the end of the 3rd week to find out wats goin on because they dont call to update me on wats going on. I call and they tell me that my phone will be ready soon and they will let me know when its available. Its the 4th week now and they are telling me that my phone should be available next week monday (in the 5th week). I would not have an issue if they could atleast have the deacency to call and update me.
