I'm trying my best to contact Netcare regarding an account and can't come right. I I've emailed (bounced back), tried social media (ignored) and sent through a Contact Me on your webpage (ignored) - but I keep getting accounts from your finance saying outstanding amounts. The medical aid says they're all cleared - so I need to chat to someone, please
Yesterday I downgraded my medical aid package on the website. However, what wasn’t mentioned during the downgrade process was that my gap cover increased from ~R400 to -R1,100 monthly. After the downgrade was complete, only then did I receive the mail and instantly phoned to undo this. Everyone was friendly and I was advised this reversal had been done & no downside would happen. But could I please have this in writing rather than just a verbal confirmation? I’ve been burnt by other companies in the past. I was told an email would come through conforming - but the last mail received still mentions the downgrade is taking place. Please can I just get confirmation this was cancelled and everything remains as it always has?
I decided a while back to try consolidate and bring my products with my bank as I thought it would be easier. I moved over many products, including my short term insurance. But I’m starting to see this was a mistake due to lack of broker and any easy way to get a quote to add a vehicle. I’ve tried Secure Chat, email, phoning … but nothing. I need quote today or risk losing the car I’m looking at. How easy would be to get someone to phone me?
I bought Vodacom data on 10 July & 6.57am - but this data has never been allocated to me. That afternoon I went to Secure Chat to informed me that Vodacom was having an issue & my query was escalated. Yesterday still nothing was allocated and I logged into Secure Chat to be told there is a backlog & I should wait. Today there is still nothing. No one can give an ETA or exactly what is going on. Please can you allocated the data OR give me an ETA or refund me?
I’ve indicated that someone needs to call me from Capitec - and they have tried many times. The problem is that the call drops instantly when the phone is answered & we’re unable to chat to each other. The number is +27 (21) 492-4253 In doing reviews, it seems there are plenty people having the same issue. Please can you get someone to phone me?
While I'm happy with the service, it's extremly frustrating to be charged another few Rand the following day of my consult and now be liable for that. Rather, present the FULL & FINAL bill at the end of the consult like every other medical practitioner does! My daugher visited the doctor in Demember & we paid before leaving the premises. The next day, another R16 consumables is added which I now need to transfer / drive to the practise ? It's extremly frustrating and it's never happened in all my years visitng the doctor . y
I've been with you for many, many years and as most customers have said, you're actually pretty decent when it comes to paying claims and even customer care. That said - for some reason - I get zero feedback when submitting a claim through a specific vendor for my twins. Not even feedback! It's like it falls away until I post here . So, sent through on 25th August AND 11 September - but just nothing. The last time this happened they thought it was a duplicate, despite me saying it wasn't multiple times. Please check the issue now
I tried to apply for a smart device and at the end of the process, I got an error - so seemingly the application didn't go through. However, I received an email saying that a consultant will call me . It's a week later and no one has heard anything. Phoning in and the agent couldn't pick anything up - but I gave the reference number . Please let me know what is going?
I have a data contract expiring in 2 months and I'm trying my best to give notification to cancel. I've called multiple stores - but they don't even answer . I've tried emailing - but no reply to that I even tried walking to a branch - but they need to call the call centre I don't have time to sit on the phone for 30 minutes - with tears in my eyes, how do I give notification to cancel ?
