To pay my fine via the FINE SA platform was easy and very convenient. There was however a problem to get the fine taken off on the Metro's side. However the FINE SA team and specifically Shahieda Galiem assisted me in resolving the matter. Professional, Friendly Service, with good communication and feedback. Thank you.
I am saddened to say that we have had the worst experience with this online school. They have more problems than solutions, is unhelpful, do not put the interest of the child first, many classes gets cancelled and many tutors/teachers left throughout the year, their finances and report cards are a mess, do not get back to a person even when you warn them of legal action etc. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for long enough. Bottomline my child has to redo a year at another institution because of the lack of education and providing accurate assessment results report cards.
I recently had to do an online purchase from Takealot for the company I worked for. Our business is situated in a small town, in a rural Industrial area. Nevertheless the items were delivered to us within 24 hours after purchase, which exceeded all our expectations. That is what I call great customer service.
Spec-savers SA, Ladysmith branch, is friendly, helpful and professional. They assisted with spectacless for my 13yr old daughter and advised that it might take a few weeks to receive. However they delivered within 1 week! The staff go above and beyond.

I have been requesting via email assistance for months with my account & on-line self-service. Not receiving statements! Keep on getting text messages that I need to pay outstanding amounts yet I keep on paying without a statement. Phone has been suspended for days now despite the fact that I have paid and cannot get hold of anyone on the telephone numbers given on the website. The call centre calls are being cut off before talking to anyone and emails are never responded to. I am disappointed and disgusted with MTN. Have been a loyal customer for years and this is the kind of service one get. Its shocking!!!!
