They assighned a new IP to me a few weeks ago and now some pages do not open. I contacted them to give me a new one, now it is an issue to get a new IP, that works. if i open the pages on mobile data it works.
I contacted them and they gave me a quote. I did not sighn any documents as yet. I requested for an Rejection Letter and my Credit Profile to be updated but they not coming back to me. This is really poor service
I placed an order on BobShop with this company. Each time the delivery people pitch up to collect the item, it comes back as No shipment to collect and now today was there last attampt. I message the seller on the 9th Aug and he told me it will be shipped on Monday but was not done. Be carefull for this company, now he sits with my money ad I did not get my products.
I sent my new Banking Details on Tuesday to be updated, today is Thursday more than 48 hours later and still not updated. I wanted to buy something that is on 1ay special and could not buy it. For me this is really poor customer service for ta***ing so long to update Banking Details

I cancelled my MTN contract and called the insurance department to stop the debit orders on the account but I am still getting invoices for the Insurance to be debited and they deducting it. The lady in December told mme it will be th laast month I will ne debited but now in January I am getting an invoice again. Think I must go to the news papers with this MTNAR525827 R209.37 MTNCS525827 R8.26 MTNEBD525827 R10.47

I spoke to an consultant Edward, and explained to him about my new TP-link EX220 router I have for a few months now that after anyone of us in the house hold on PC or Phone google. Then google will start prompting for Captivia Verification, where you have to select the pictures to veryfy that you are human because of unusal traffic. I never had this with my previous router. I now plugged my previous router back and do not have the problem, but do not get the speeds I want as what the TP-Link gives me. I would realy like this sorted out. I did not pay over R2500.00 for a router that does this.
