Travelwings are ****ing ****mers!!! Do not book with them as ive booked a ticket for my husband, payment went off my account but chose the wrong date by mistake, phoned them to ask them to correcy the date. They said they couldnt and my husband then requested a refund as we then had to book a other flight for the correct date. When phoning them, they said they can do a refund but we have to pay a 300 and something rand. When asked cant they deduct that 300 from the amount that i initially paid, they said no which i found weird because why do you want me to pay when you can just take it from there. Anyway, i paid the 300 and something rand and they said the refund would take 6weeks. Its been almost 2 and a half months and i am still waiting for my refund. Another VERY strange thing is that on my bank statement the payment doesnt show but i have an sms from the bank to prove that i have made a payment. My husband phone them wanting to know when the refund will be paid as we are still waiting, its been quite a while now, they said they made the payment on the 11th june. But when i sent them the statement, they said that they cant see that there was anything paid, but they just now said that the refund was made on the 11th june. Please do not book with theses people. I am so sick and tired of people taking our hard earned money and thinking nothing of it! I will not be leaving. lawyers and as well private investigator is currently on it and these people will be exposed. I will be leaving this on all social media platforms as well as newpapers. These ****ers will get whats coming for them and may their hands fall rot and fall off thats busy typing **** or doing anything with their hand to make it seem legit.
To be honest i dont even want to give them one star because they dont even deserve that! I am utterly disgusted in the way Rifle Range Car Sales does business! It is dishonesty and not telling you EVERYTHING from the get go. My husband and i was in the process of buying a vehicle from them. We sent our paperwork through and whatever is needed. Even did the dekra. For them to after all that effort THEN tell us and send us a invoice which has the purchase price of the car on along with the tracker (we did not ask for), along with the warranty (we did not ask for but was FORCED to take it) even though we were arranging to have taken out our own warranty with another company. I feel that it is very unethical and most definitely illegal to force anybody to do and take anything they are not comfortable with taking. We did a dekra and then the sales person peter said to send them the dekra report THAT WE PAID FOR so “they can see what the faults are on the car”. I think that they are such a rip off. Our deal couldve been done but the fact that they were pushing and forcing us to take THEIR warranty when we didnt even know what their warranty even covers, put us off along with them not being upfront from the get go about what the final price of the car was actually gna be. So please stay away from this dealership, because they are a rip off and do not inform you of everything you need to know BEFORE you go through so much trouble. At the end of the day my husband was dumb to send them the dekra but thats what they wanted, to rip people off from their hard earned money to use to their advantage! Its disgusting!!! May your business never prosper!! And to peter that never communicated properly and couldnt do his job properly, please go for training before trying to sell someone else a vehicle and learn and inform people about the kak requests of the company (that they make up that moment when you dont wana do what they say), when wanting to buy your kak cars!!! I think that after taking our dekra WE PAID FOR and using it to your advantage, we deserve the money we spent on it. But you are so dishonest and disgusting that i doubt you’ll even have the decency to do that knowing what you had up your sleeve after ghosting us when we didnt wana take your warranty with purchasing the car. so be aware of this dealership thats quick to sell you something and when it comes down to it, you are actually paying R40k more for the car thats being advertised.
Went into cape town tourism to get a wild card and one was issued to my hubby as i could not get one due to not having any proof of address and was informed that i needed to then have an affidavit saying i live with my husband- fair enough. Meanwhile while filling out my form for when i do go through all the necessary channels inorder to receive a card for myself, i look over to the guy next to me and the same person helping me helps him that wants an activity wildcard but then he never had the people with him to sign the forms and they needed to be there and then this shumera womens says its okay he should just fill out the forms and looks to me very guilty of maybe making an exception for him later when i had left which is very unprofessional and which i picked up and did not like at all! Later the manager phones my hubby to say that i never looked happy because i havent been issued a card and they need proof blah blah blah. Uhm hi manager, i was not upset for not getting a card, i was PISSED off! Due to the fact that your staff memeber knew she was in the wrong thats why she could tell you a one sided story! I have a Samsung note 3. Ive been to Samsung on the 25/01/2015. After going through so much hassels to get proof of purchase, they said it would take 3 weeks to get the parts for my phone as it has a cracked screen -fair enough. A month later still no feedback, no sms, not phone call NOTHING! As they said they would keep us updated. Went in again still nothing! I went in about 3 r 4 times already and all they are saying is, the parts are still not in. I mean, howmuch longer am i still suppose to wait?? Seriously! I am so frustrated already because samsung is suppose to be this huge company. Is this how such a big company does business?! Its been almost 3months now which is totally RIDICULOUS and DISGUSTING!
