Please do not trust the Dekra or roadworthy from we buy cars. Im Feb 2022 I bought a 2019 model from them. I was told tge roadworthy has been done and the vehicle is ready for collection. A short while after, I received a call from the salesman, asking me to please rather come collect the next afternoon since there is some issues woth the paperwork. I called the sales manager to find out what the issue was, just to be told the roadworthy was not done... On collection the next day, the salesman tried to convince me that he did the full check on the car and tgat I can simply initial next to all the checked items on the list and ve on my way. I insisted on checking everything myself before driving off. I noticed that the car was very obviously not roadworthy. The sales person promised me that the issue would be resolved as early as the next day. A week went by, NOTHING! Every time I called or mailed I was told they are "working on it" it finally took a letter of demand from my lawyer to get any type of response and even then they were not taking responsibility. They simply had me take it to the dealership and fix it under the warranty. We Buy Cars push cars through roadworthy that is clearly not supposed to pass. The sad reality is they bring in tons of money for both the roadworthy test centers and the Dekra office, which is conveniently located in the we buy cars warehouse. The Dekra report means absolutely nothing and they simply ignore you or pull up their shoulders when you pick up a very obvious issue. I would not buy from them nor recommend buying from them.
We booked tickets to Glasgow in Sept 2018, and after unforeseen circumstances we had to suspend the tickets for future use. In March 2019 we finally decided on dates and started the rebooking process. after a lengthy struggle and 2 months of not getting anywhere with Travelstart, I received a call from Priya on Friday 31 May 2019, informing me that she will be handling my rebooking. Within 4 hours she got us suitable tickets at a minimal copayment. Priya went above and beyond to assist us. What no-one could do in 2 months, she literally managed in less than 24 hours. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Priyanca Nayager for anyone thinking of using Travelstart to book international flights. She was calm, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for going the extra mile Priya!!
We made a booing from JHB to Glasgow via London a few months ago, our flight is less than 20 days away and we have to reroute to Amsterdam at a later date due to unforeseen circumstances. I have been trying to get hold of the call centre or anyone for that matter for the last 4 days with no luck. Every time we phoned we were in hold for about 20 minutes before eventually hanging up the phone and trying again. Ive reverted to emails with no luck! This seems to be a general issue as there are many similar complaints on the Facebook page. How are we supposed to make changes if no one is available EVER?? I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING TRAVELSTART

I would never in my life deal with this unprofessional agency again. We have been renting a property in Centurion through them for just over a month and already fed up with their services. <br> <br> After signing a debit order with them, we received a SMS stating that our rent was not paid in full, immediately calling to find out, they put me on hold for over 7 minutes. Trying again, I went through to the account department, the lady I spoke with confirmed that our debit order is only going of on the 15th. After asking her numerous times to make sure, I hung up and left it there. <br> <br> On the 9th some guy came knocking on our door threatening us that the flat will be locked the next day. This for one is extremely unprofessional!! After phoning around, someone finally got back to us the next day, stating that our debit order was signed for the 1st, and that they are experiencing problems with their payment system. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEIR ADMIN!!<br> <br> They reported us for bad credit, without an explanation that it was INF ACT THEIR FAULT!!<br> <br> UNPROFESSIONAL AGENCY
On 31 Oct 2013 both me and my boyfriend took our vehicles to Car Service City Hatfield for a Major Service. We arrived at the branch parking on different sides of the building. On arrival at 5pm, I found that my car was still in the exact spot I parked it. We paid and left. After closer inspection I found none of my parts apparently replaced were returned, and found it strange as I've always found the parts replaced to be given back after a service, and my boyfriends parts were all returned. After asking for feedback to the supplier I told the receptionist that I had a very strong suspicion that I just paid R1495 for a car wash. I was assured that they will never cheat a client in such a manner. I recently took my car in for the next service (only 8000km later) since I experienced some problems, and on payment, the guy who serviced my car ensured me that the previous company screwed me as the spark plugs and oil filter for starters were definitely not replaced. Not even knowing about the previous ordeal, he took it upon himself to give me this information, confirming that I paid R1495 for nothing more than a car wash. I'll NEVER recommend Car Service City to anyone EVER!!!
