I am so upset with Afhco Management Property and Emmanuel Nkosinathi Mthembu (Legae Building Manager). I have been staying at Legae since 01 May 2016 in unit 711 my ref number is 34545 and I moved out on the 29th February 2020 as per my cancellation with them. They sent me communication to acknowledge my cancellation which clearly stipulated that I would receive my deposit after 7 days it's been 14 days today and I called the building manager and he said I would be penalised for the painting which at the time of moving in I was told I would not be charged but its fine the can make their deduction and give me the rest of my money, so yesterday I decided to call the office and I learnt that I was going to be charged fir window panes which have nothing to do with me, I mean when I moved in I put in 2 maintenance request and on both occasions I was told someone would be sent to come to my unit and until I left that did not happen. I had made peace that those windows could not be closed properly and I moved out because I was tired of complaining about their lack of service. A few months ago I wrote them an email to complain about my neighbour who was excessively burning incense that would fill up my unit when I open both the passage window and the main window and to my surprise I was told that I need to move to another unit as if I was the one that was causing problems infact the consultant gave an unacceptable response from the Customer Manager which sounded to me like they valued a tenant who had moved in 4 months ago than me who had occupied that unit for 3 years and 6 months and happened to be asthmatic. I had a discussion the building manager who said he engaged unit 712 and he advised him he would stop, I moved out because nothing had stopped and now the same neighbour has his kid over and I don't know what happens in that unit at night but the kid cries until 03h30 and I wake up at 04h30 since I work in Pretoria. I took the decision to move out instead, and when I asked the building manager to avail himself at 12h30 on the day he agreed but was nowhere to be found when I finished cleaning I waited for him until 14h00 then took a video of the whole flat which I still have in my possession incase I need to take this further. All I want is my money and we cut ties.
Yesterday on the 17th February 2020, I attempted to visit the Clicks Store in Commissioner Street, Johannesburg after I had consulted with my Gp and Specialist. When I got there the store had close at 16h45 but their trading hours planked on the door clearly indicate that they close at 18h00, so i walked towards the door just to find out from the securities manning the door why they closed early so the other one kept quiet while the other responded rudely that "Yaah its closed, its closed then he turned his back while I stood there. I feel sorry for Clicks Commissioner Street because that very same security guard has lost them a client and what are the chances that he was doing it for the first, for all we know he could have responded rudely to your other clients. NB: I took a picture of him turning his back on me while he stood inside with his colleague.
I booked a Greyhound Coach for a trip from Durban Station to Johannesburg Park Station for the 05th January 2019 and I went to their Durban branch on the 02nd January 2019 to cancel the trip because I needed to stay in Durban much longer than I had anticipated, I got to their offices and filled out a refund form around 17H20 and i took a picture. I have been calling to find out when my refund will be deposited in my account as I was told that I would receive it after 18 working days. It's been over 20days so I decide to make a follow up on this and spoke to Vumile who advised me that in their system it shows as I missed the bus, my question to her is since I was meant to travel with my sister for that trip and she proceeded with the trip without me and we were communicating until she arrived in Johannesburg. she told me that there was someone sitting in my space so if I missed the bus can someone explain to me why my sister found someone sitting in my space when she got inside the bus?was it not suppose to be empty until they realise that I have not made it and then replace me? I want my money so let's not play games.
I first contacted Alister in December 2016 asking him for a quote which i sent photos of my house. We gave me a fair amount for my quote, in September this year i asked him to over my house to do a proper quote. he came and we had an agreement on the type of project i wanted. I paid half and he convened with his duties and i went home inspected before paying the remainder. I asked him if he could not change the bedroom doors and bathroom door, he said he can so when i was paying the remainder i included an extra for the doors. the following week he went and did the job. My cousin lives in the house which is in Durban and i live in Johannesburg, so after the windows were fitted i called my cousin who advised me that; - the kitchen door was not aligned and as such it was scratching the tiles. - the bathroom door had a gap and was not replaced correctly. I called Alister and advised him and he promised to have it fixed before end of the week and till today he has not. When i call him now he doesn't answer my phone, i sent him messages on whatsapp and he keeps promising but does not deliver. Do not trust this guy and please do not pay him because this is what he does when you are honest.
Dear All I had a loan with FNB's Easyloan franschise and paid it up on the 02 September 2017 and e-mailed the P.O.P to Pretty Nkosi to close the account. I continued to receive calls from a third party claiming that FNB had handed over my file on the 15 September 2017. I called the contact centre on numerous times and i remember i once spoke to Sbongile who advised me that the payment reflects on their system but Pretty did not send an escalation to have it close, Sibongile promised to do so but i guess she did not. In October 2017 i received a call again from the same collection company and requested that i be forwarded an e-mail to send POP but they didn't. On that very month i received a call again and asked to speak to a supervisor and the consultant took my name and number and promised that i would receive a call from the Supervisor which i did not. End of October a different consultant called me again and i lashed out and told him to that i did not owe FNB and i'm still waiting for a supervisor from their company to call me as previously promised. on 31 October 2017 i logged on to my bank profile and realise that FNB debited from End September and each transcation showed two debits, i disputed those debit immediately. i visited their branch and was initially assisted by Yoliswa Mkhize who advised me that there was nothing she could do except put me through to the call centre, I called them from 15h13 with no reponse and at 16h30 someone picked up the call and dropped it. when i attenpted to call again i got the voice note advising me that their office hours are from monday - friday and closing at 16h30. I stood up and went back to Yoliswa to tell her what had happened and she said they have closed and i would need to come back the following day but i refused and told her that i was working so she stood up and approached Lindiwe Masola. Lindiwe asked what happened from the beggining and i told her the whole story she opened the system and tracked everyone that i had previously spoken to, took down my details and promised to call the following day when she has more information. The follwing day she called me and told me that she had sent their call centre an e-mail and will update me all through-out the day and she did shame. I am writing this because not only did she have my account closed she also got me my paid up letter and forwarded it to me immediately. Please note that i am not thanking FNB as whole but Lindiwe who lived up to her promise. Thank you Sisi and by my writing this i hope you will receive a performance bonus or voucher and be acknowledged for the great work you do in that branch. YOU ARE A STAR SO KEEP SHINING.
a year ago lady called Nomfundo Funani who had seen my resume on pnet and had an interesting opportunity for me in a Government associated company and i was to be remunerated double my salary. i needed change and my current job then was not challenging plus our working hours were being reduced i said to her she must put my resume forward, she did and a month later she called again to advice me that the company had invited me for an interview which i made an impression on and got the position but now the problem started when i realised that she was not paying my UIF and PAYE and i was being paid way than i expected infact comparing it with the previous company i was getting R 2, 000.00 less. i waived the salary issue because i enjoyed my job and it was inline with my qualification but sent her communication which she responded and said her Auditor were looking into it. three months the line when i asked again she said i must just resign if i did not want to work and when my contract ended she never paid for my 10 days leave and until today when i call the moment i mention who i am she drops the call......I WISH OUR GOVERNMENT CAN DEAL WITH SUCH LABOUR BROKERS AND HAVE THEM JAILED.
