Igrow wealth investments doesn't pay your deposit at all. They withold your deposit for months and months and penalise you an early cancelation fee and when the owner decides to sell the unit! They take from your breakage deposit to pay the early cancelation penalty leaving you with less than a 3rd of your original deposit which is not even in the contract.
I traded in my previous vehicle in for a new vehicle on the 3 March at Motorama Goodwood. The salesman named Marty assisted us in this.I've signed an agreement with them that they would settle my previous vehicle. Up till today which is the 30 April they have never settled my previous vehicle where the bank keeps taking off a payment for my previous vehicle that I had. Now I don't understand why should I pay for a car that I no longer have? The same thing happened last month and we fought for that money. They eventually paid it and Marty promised that they would settle my previous vehicle. The bank took off the payment again this month, and we have to fight again for this money which belongs to me as the customer. Everytime we call Marty he keeps saying the owner will call us back which was 3 days ago and we still waiting. We called again and he said that his busy with a client. This is shocking service from this dealer. This is an example of bad service from a car salesman and a dealership.
I've ordered 2 garters, a wedding dress, a veil and a flower girl dress ( All custom made) on the 23 March 2015 through Jo Ann Lombard, a Cape Town agent for a wedding boutique that is situated outside of Cape Town. I paid the full deposit on 27 March 2015 as per quote and due date because I was told it takes 8 weeks for the wedding dress and will receive it in May. I called the owner of the boutique and found out that she only received my full deposit on the 17 July 2015 for my dress from Jo- Ann,and that Jo- Ann breached the terms of her contract with the boutique due to other complaints, and that Jo-Ann makes her own garters and veils.The flower girl dress was not what we wanted and the garters and veil were something else and of poor quality, and also not what I've asked for. She misleads the client by posting internet pictures of work that is not hers until you pay for them, and then you receive a product that is totally different and is not what is asked and paid for. I'm awaiting my refund and am sick of all her excuses. I ordered replacement parts from them six months ago which were to be shipped from Asia. When the parts eventually came they were not even remotely the right ones and these characters acted as though I had committed a mortal sin by objecting. <br> After much grumbling by Gary the parts were re-ordered and when they finally arrived last week, lo and behold they'd been slapped into an unprotected box with no padding or reinforcing and were subsequently thrashed by the Post Office's gentle hands. Just a little effort in packaging properly was needed. I complained about the poor packaging I was basically told tough its my problem and I must now pay another R1000 to get the same parts again (in six months I suppose) Gary's attitude was one of compete disdain and arrogance, like father like son, what a miserable uncouth pair they are. It is a complete mystery how they remain in business as their rudeness and pathetic service is legendary in the hobby industry. We were looking for tungsten rings in cape town, and bella and me were recommended by unbreakable man as they the only jeweler in cape town that sells these rings because they order it from unbreakable man. We were told we would recieve our order in 14 days, as we already paid for it. After 14 days we were in endless contact with bella and me because they haven't received their orders from unbreakable man which was a month ago. Unbreakable man then sends the wrong order to bella and me and we had to wait another long period of time which is ridiculous!My fiance decided to put it on hello peter, and they responded asking which size. We then gave them the size and style of the ring, until they sent the incorrect size again! We are not happy with this services as my fiance put it on hello peter again . This time unbreakable man responds and asks for his number to contact him. My fiance recielves a call from a guy named Mario from unbreakable man, thinking that everything is going to be sorted out asap, instead Mario decides to swear at my fiance telling him he will never receive his ring again. This is disgusting behaviour from a business upon their clients! I am so angry!
