I'm writing on here because I cannot find Engen Mohlakeng.I went there on 2-01-2026 and tried to buy water and saw a special for 2 yogurts for R25 and wanted to buy 4,only to find out that they do not scan the special price. The manager by the name of Refilwe was very rude to me,was reluctant to call BCX or whatever it is saying that the call will take long.Told her I have time, she called and told me that she only has a ref number and Can't help me.The issue started when I asked for her surname,she started screaming and everyone in the shop was now looking. She was telling me about how she's not scared of anything and I can do whatever I want and won't give me her surname and I should go and tell whoever. The staff also refused to give me her surname also and theirs. This was around 19:20 in the evening. I'm appalled!
I have been filling the online form to be called back for the past 2 weeks but no one is calling me,if you treat people who enquire about the institution like this,I'm scared to find out our how you treat your students who are already obligated to stay with you.
I am admitted now at Randfontein Private hospital,haven't eaten lunch because they brought food I didn't order,imagine chicken necks and giblets. So like Saturday,I will skip a meal because of *********** staff and shortage of food. Like Saturday,I will take my meds on an empty stomach and nobody cares.we are being treated and fed like dogs here.Their sausages and worms are sour like being rotten,not a normal taste.Guys we pay for this food for heavens sake!
I have since put a claim and got no response,went to complain on your Facebook page and they told me to fill a form that I have never filled before, now I want to apply online and your app or whatever is useless because after uploading documents it gets stuck. This cannot be my life,I have to go through hell first before you assist me? Get your act together before I leave this gap problem
I am sitting with a 3700 bill because there is info that Lancet needs to acquire from my doctor's but they are not doing that,even my Gap Cover cannot pay because it needs to start from medical aid first. One agent had the audacity to tell me to get all that information myself,imagine.O have never came across something like that,I don't know if people are lazy doing their job or maybe they check who we are so they give us a run around.I doubt if I was white I was going to get such treatment.
Was just in a chat with Phenyo Mogatusi who just prolonged a chat that was supposed to be 5 minutes into a long complicated story, no clear answers only answers by sending me links and brochures as if im chatting to a robot.He took long to answer and feel like he doesn't know what he is talking about.please train your employees because based on my experience with him,I don't trust a word he told me. I need to speak to someone who knows the product when I interact with my medical aid please.This is so annoying because I had to keep reminding him that I am not chatting to a robot so he must refrain from answering with links and brochures but did he stop?NO.SUCH A PAINFUL EXPERIENCE!
I have been trying to claim from my Gap cover for months now,the only thing I get is runarounds, they want documents in bits and pieces, they ask for one thing,when you send it,then something else is missing and it's different people so it's annoying to have to start an application from scratch. The last I heard from you was an email claiming to have forms attached but there was no attachment!
I have wrote a review here and received an automated response from Bonitas as usual,but nobody has contacted me and I don't think no one will,the only thing is to cancel this **** of a medical aid that is not helping me in no way and the best thing they do is keep quiet and show you the middle finger
