I feel so cheated after paying R75 for the "All Star Box" meal from KFC. The burger is extremely small and does not resemble the image of the burger presented by KFC. The pieces of chicken with the wings were also tiny, and there were tiny chips. This meal is definitely NOT worth R75 at all. Do NOT order the "All Star Box" meal from KFC. It's a rip-off.
I tried ordering the 300GB Fixed LTE package from Supersonic and even after providing my reference number, I have not been assisted by any Superstar as yet. All I would like is to receive the email to pay upfront and have the router and SIM delivered as their website says. It's supposed to be so simple. This is my second attempt at the order from Supersonic. I hope I can get some joy from them very soon.
I'm trying to order a Fixed MTN LTE package and got as far as filling in the Application form. That's it. No email from Sales. The WhatsApp contact is not responding. The Support telephone number goes directly to voicemail after you choose an option. I don't know what else to do.
The worst ISP I have ever been with, ever! No one ever gets back to you, ever! There's lots of signal loss (No Internet) and way too much throttling (Too slow) when the internet is operational. Rather consider a different ISP. Do not even consider Rain at all, you'll be very disappointed if you do signup with them.
I ordered a Telkom Home line installation almost 2 months ago now. They promised that the Telkom technician should be coming to do the installation today, 7th April 2015. I am angry, upset and totally disgusted by their level of service. I tried calling 10210 which is hopeless due high call volumes. This is a trend that has started years ago and only seems to be getting worse and worse. Can we please have a competing Telecommunications Company step in and help Telkom since they simply don't care about Customer Service or are far too overwhelmed by customer orders. I am actually listening to their \hold music"which is driving me insane cos I've been on hold for 30mins already. This is ridiculous. Does Telkom want new customers or not? If they (Telkom) cannot provide the services they say they can"
