You guys should just close up your insurance because you do not know what you are doing. I am approaching 2 weeks without a phone, all your consultants dont know what they are doing. - my contact numbers where the waybill number was sent is incorrect -today one consultant says this, the next day they say something different -you ask a question and they answer you with an attitude -it sounds like a circus in the back ground -you send an e-mail and never get a response -you must beg to be assisted but no one begs me to take my premium why am I insured if I must run around and beg for assistance ? why am I paying a premium but get treated like you are doing me a favour when I need assistance? A cellphone claim is supposed to be a fast track claim but going on 2 weeks without a phone when I have insurance doesn't make sense at all. this was my 1st claim with you and I doubt will insure anything with you because we are treated like **** when we need assistance when we actually pay for service.

your services belongs in the bin. 1. long holding times 2. agents advise you that systems are down the whole day 3 no one seems to know what is going on 4. you debit what every amount you feel you want to debit 5. one agent tells you this, you call again and another agent tell you something different 6. I once called and there was such a noise there, for an emergency call centre, I dont trust that you guys are equipped to assist in an emergency 7. I requested a recording and was told that they cant find my recording a circus of a place I tell you.
A consultant called me in May of 2022 and told me that if I take a decoder through On Air for R189, it also comes with a package for channels & to my surprise that was a lie. requested the recording and a team leader confirmed that I was sold lies but there was nothing done about the agent who sold me lies. may 2024 is my last payment of the 24 month contract but guess what...now there is an additional R89 they charging me for some other additional service they offer....I DIDN'T AGREE TO THAT. come here to hello peter and see how many people are complaining about ON AIR. They sell you lies and debit un-authorized amounts. this was my last month of them debiting me I dont want any thing to do with anything that has ON AIR. THEY ARE ****** OF NOTE!

I have a feeling your sales agent make their sales by lying to clients. I was lied to and told that YES THE AGENT LIED TO YOU but then what? now I must say OK ITS FINE THE DISH IS ALREADY INSTALLED so its fine ILL KEEP PAYING. what happens to the sales agent? is she still selling more lies to unsuspecting clients ?
I don't understand how no one can help me here. I signed up and was told to pay an amount of R19 to start the process. after I sent proof of payment to the sales Agent Pinki Ndlovu she vanished because of course she got her sale and doesn't want to deal with me anymore. I was told I would get called by a technician to do an installation, its been 2 weeks now. when I sent DM'S to the twitter account they tell me they have escalated to their Reach Team who will get in touch with me but 2 hours later they send me another DM that they are closing my query because I haven't responded. How when they told me that the reach team will get in touch with me. I have made the payment that was required to start this process, the sales agent is not responding to mails anymore because she got what she wanted from me, the reach team is not getting in touch with me, I received a mail and sms saying that my uncapped internet is now active...HOW IS IT ACTIVE WHEN THEY HAVESN'T EVEN DONE THE INSTALLATION??? COME MONTH END YOU WILL BE THE 1ST ONES TO DEBIT ME R399 FOR A SERVICE I DON'T EVEN HAVE. WORSE PART IS NO ONE IS HELPING ME I JUST GET AUTOMATED RESPONSES. CAN SOMEONE PICK UP THE PHONE AND CALL ME TO RESOLVE THIS I MEAN HOW HARD CAN THIS BE. I STARTED THIS 2 WEEKS AGO AND NOW ILL BE DEBITTED FOR NON SERVICE? CAN THIS PLEASE BE RESOLVED???????
Finright/Telkom Why are you guys still debiting me when I stopped your debit order and finished paying my contract last year November? I even sent through the cancelation form, now I owe you guys over R1000 which I don’t have. Every month I have to reverse debit orders by you guys and this is affecting my credit score. I finished paying off my mobile contract and stopped your debit order because I don’t need your services any more, your service is appalling !!! I can’t keep reversing these debit orders and refuse to pay you anything ! Please get to the bottom of this before I walk there myself and do your job for you again!

The worst thing I have ever done to myself is to take up a cellphone contract with Telkom. As if things couldn't get any worse, I unfortunately lost my phone on the 26th of September. I have submitted everything which was requested from me, but still had to call in just to REMIND you that I still haven't received a claim number. I called in to ask about the process of getting a sim swap because I need my number, an agent then told me that I can just walk in to any Telkom store and get a sim swap free of charge. I just got back from Telkom Sandton City for a sim swap so I can at least have my number back again and guess what...R35 charged for my sim swap! This doesn't surprise me anymore because this is what I am used to from Telkom..someone tells you this but its actually the opposite or I hear 5 different stories from people who work for the same company. Im using a phone worth R149 just so I can be reachable at the moment but paying R720+ everymonth for a phone + insurance. I dont have access to my e-mails, I can't use my banking app, iv'e missed out on bank notifications, I missed important phone calls, I couldn't send money using my app. If its not being given the incorrect information by your agents, its being billed on the incorrect date, last time my line got suspended because of incorrect information by one of your agents. I really don't know what to do anymore honestly.
