Hi Fi Corp
It's been 2 months and I still trying to get my delivery. Paid cash online and they only delivered half of the order, which is also not in good condition. The chest of drawers is damaged, and the drawers doesn't fit.

Poor quality and incorrect delivery
2 Chest of drawers was order. Husband signed without checking invoice only 1 was delivered and the drawers doesn't fit. It's been more than 1 week and no feedback received

BAD SERVICE
18 January 2022 received message order will be delivered today ... waiting for nothing all day 19 January received message order will be delivered today ... waiting till 12:30 received message order will be here in the next 10 minutes ... waiting 2 hours order finally arrives open package ... Incomplete order. Phone JG Electronics after checking they come back to me and say Courier Guy made a mistake. Order will be delivered next day waiting ... waiting ... waiting ... 25 January order will be delivered today (message received) ... no delivery ... 18:41 received another message ... order will be delivered today ??? I'm still waiting ???

Worst company
TDWO11196 03/18/2020 R522.00 PayFast On backorder (paid) Details Reorder Waiting since March 2020 for delivery. 11 months later and no customer service. Sent emails, etc. Dead end.

FAME for OUTsurance
On 29/03 we were involved in an accident and phone Outsurance to arrange for towing etc. Two weeks later everything was settled and claim complete. Amazing service and feedback all the time. Well done.
