They put up an offer to of settlement of the account on their website. I contact the agent to make arrangements for the payment. After I paid the settlement amount I am told that i needed to make arrangements before making the payment. but the offer is still active
Worst service I have ever come across, they take too long to fix my gearbox, I had a oil leak when I picked up my car was dirty smelled of oil everywhere. Guess what oil still leaking. They try to divert and said it not Gearbox its engine oil that leaking. Eventually they fixed it. When I text them to check when will the vehicle be ready after 3days it's with them. They say "will be ready when I call you"
Good day Just had a terrible service over your chat service online. One of your agent Nompumelelo Nok disconnect me while I wasn't done or clear regards my bill. You guys says my bill is in arrears after you Telkom deducted twice this month and this Nompumelelo says the is only September payment that shows on your side and I must request a statement from my bank. After I tell her that I am giving her the information from my statement she disconnects me. I need answeres. I didn't complains when Telkom did double deduction for this month next thing you tell me I never paid at all.
The Legal department about my contract with MTN. I am seriously tired with this back and forth of this contract. Last month i called MTN(Legal department) to inform them about my account that i have payed up with them. what i mean by paid up, is the actual amount that was left in order for me to finish paying off the contract. Most of last year i was unfortunate with work, as a result i was struggling to pay my account. But when i started working by October i started paying off my account. Now i got a consultant from Nortons Attorneys in January saying that i have to pay 6000 for the account, with out complaining i continued paying the account as i have bee paying between R700-900 a month, i told them because i am out of town i can only pay at MTN stores they didn't have a problem with that. They sent me a statement with all the figures that accumulated in my account, what was shocking is that they added cancellation fee, which i have never cancelled my account with MTN.(i need an explanation) .In February i went to MTN as usual to pay my account they tell me that my account is fully paid, infact i over paid and MTN has to refund me R900. but
