We went to their sale earlier this year. We went for the crocs that was on sale only to find out one customer bought all the crocs. How could they do that and when I asked the salesperson for a pair of crocs I was told there was no more left. Then my husband asked why was one person allowed to buy all the crocs then the salesperson got rude. Then only to find out the person who bought all the crocs was family to the sales person. The sales people would bring stuff from down stairs only for certain people. Its definately who you know there. I will definately not go to any of their sales again
Worst online experience ever. They advertise things of which they dont have stock of. I bought a TV of which there was no stock of which i was unaware. There is no communication from them and when I emailed them there was no response. The only time they responded was when I told them to cancel the sale after hearing nothing from them after a week. Then I had to wait almost 8 days for the refund. They dont care about their customer. No communications
My interactions with momentum is always friendly and effecient. This was no different Keoagile Matseke today. He was positve, friendly, attentive and professional. Good Work Keo! keep it up.
Dear Telkom<br> <br> Please advise when your stores will be receiving stock of your laptops. I have been waiting over a month after having been approved for a laptop for the Lenovo i3. The only answer I get from the store is that they don't know when they will be getting stock as there is a shortage. For a month now?<br> <br> I am sure that this would be false advertising as you continue to advertise the deal without having the stock. Surely you guys are loosing out on business.<br> <br> Thanks
