Incredible Service!
Prakash and Lewellyn from DSV Durban were incredible! I had some large frames being delivered and couldn't bring it upstairs myself and they took the the trouble of assisting. Really great service, Thank you.

Amazing fibre installation service
Wikus van der Westhuizen in the Durban region did my fibre installation extremely efficiently and fast. I would recommend you ask for him by name, his service was really exemplary and he had contacted me to do the installation by the morning after i had placed the order the evening before. This is the type of service provider we need in South Africa!

The best of the best!
Visited Julios this week and had the most incredible experience. I unfortunately had to send my food back due to a small issue, the manager Shaun and waiter Msizi were phenomenal in how they handled the situation which more than compensated for the error. The food that did come was delicious and I will continue to go back.

Extremely dry and stale cake
On holiday from durban and arrived at m&b with the intention of spending the afternoon drinking coffee and having a good chocolate cake whilst reading a book, staff were very friendly although all 3 times i refilled my cup of coffee it was lukewarm and had been standing waiting to be brought to my table and the chocolate cake slice i ordered was inedible to the extent that the sides and bottom were crumbling like dry, old bread. It tasted horrible and i had no choice but to push it aside.
