They have delivered what they promised.... They promise me a Bluetooth speaker and a voucher a while back and to this day that speaker assists when out with the family and their Call Center Agents are always helpful and understanding
I Sinethemba Gabada bought a 320i BMW E90 at Gauteng Motor last year late July or early August... October the car breaks down and it was the alternator, They told me the car has a 2 year warranty of which I made a claim from the Warranty Company. The warranty only covered a portion of the mechanical fault and I had to pay R2300 which was the balance for me to get the vehicle which I found to be a problem, Buying a Car and then a month or 2 it breaks down and 8 have to pay for repairs they promised were covered under warranty... They promised to reimburse me the same week, which hasn't happened until now.. they informed they can only reimburse me a R1000 which I agreed to but it seems I will never get that reimbur*****t... I am truly disappointed in their institution as I was planning to get another car from them this year but now I k ow their vehicles are not as mechanically sound as they claim and they never keep their word...
They are very efficient and professional
I cannot remember a time where I was happy with MTN... I get paid on the 15 of every month and MTN is aware of this as I informed them when I take a contract but they always have my account in arrears or sent to collections, they know I'm a cash payer and I have never missed a payment but they suspend my line every month for the past 5/6 years... I need to appreciate what Dotsure has done for me... I was hijacked a few months ago. They took my BMW, found it crashed the following day. All I'm going to say This insurance company is the best and they keep they're word. I will take another insurance for as long as I live, I have now insured my wife's BMW with them... I have recently logged a complaint here on Old Mutual Money Account (--OCM25132404--) - REF: [MASC2244921]... They're refusing to refund me my money.. I am so hurt and disappointed in your service and the treatment I recieved, you have disrespected me as your client of many years I have been a client of Old Mutual for almost 10yrs if not more, You have basically called me a ****... It's okay you can have my money but you have lost a client, I am just waiting for my next salary date and I will close this account and I will not associate myself and my family with anything that has to do with old mutual.... I am not going to lie I love the Money Account Savings account, I have even referred people, colleagues, friends and family to use it and they have but I will not let Old Mutual disrespect me... My issue is that I bought airtime worth R260 (MTN) via the Old Mutual Money App on the 15 May 2023, I never got the airtime and the transaction doesn't appear on the app or statement... I called on the 16 May 2023 they promised to look into it, I called today 25 May 2033 to check for progress, they told me there's no feedback yet and that they will call me and their investigations have no turn around time... I am now without airtime to make calls as I buy airtime on the 15 for the whole month.. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with Old Mutual I'm even considering changing bank as this is not the first incident of inconvenience I have experienced with this bank... I bought a decoder and dish with installation at MultiChoice Mdantsane on Sunday to this day there is still no installation... They called yesterday around 1 to install only for them to get to my house at 16:00 and by that time there was loadshedding and and they couldn't install... I'm trying to cancel my contract and they are making it impossible to do so as they claim I'm behind payment yet their records show I pay every month... I'm trying to issue a month's notice so they cancel my contract but they're telling me my account is on Collections and they can't cancel(which that on it's own is a problem for me).... I need assistance immediately as I do not want to continue paying for a contract that's ended because of these technicalities that benefit MTN...
