Bad service
I've requested to port out my number from Afrihost to another service provider 2 times, at first it was rejected because I did not respond to the sms within 4hrs which was no true. I requested again and this time was acknowledged to be release on the 2024-07-12 up until now has not been released. Afrihost can you please release my number please.

Bad service from Afrihost
Very bad service from Afrihost, this is the 3rd week since I've had internet access, I reported it and made several follow ups, all I am told is we escalated to Vumatel we waiting for feedback, apparently the ticket is not assigned to anybody for 2 full weeks, come on Afrihost get a grip. What is the level of service of agreement between Afrihost and Vumatel, looks like non existing by the way this is going. Afrihost says I'll get this addressed in 72hrs, 72hrs is long gone still no internet service. This is no a free service I must remind you, even worse I paid in advance and this is a kind of service I get. This is totally unacceptable. Please restore internet access.

I made an electricity purchase on standard bank app over an hour ago. I did not receive an sms with the electricity voucher number until now. Standardbank please liaise with your sms provider, I use vodacom network

Poor service
My internet is down since last week on Thursday,still is. I've reported to ISP, ISP says it's an infrastructure problem which is Vumatel's fiber infrastructure .Vumatel says its an ISP issue nobody wants to take responsibility to fix the internet. Can someone please fix my internet,remember this is not a free service I am paying for it.

Poor service
My internet has stopped working since 16H:00 this afternoon up until now. I've reported to the ISP. The ISP cant fix it because Vumatel stopped my line without notice. That's the reason why bad rating. This is poor customer service. Not a chance to refer anyone to Vumatel

Return decline by Takealot
I am unhappy because they decline my return. The juice marker does not make juice like other juice markers. They refusing because I've used the juice marker, how would I have known if its not making juice like the way we expecting it to if we did not use it. Come on now really.
