Stuck trains every week now!! Whats going on with the Gautrain? Ever since they have been placed under the \gauteng provincial governmnt they suck. Is that the reason. Now you cant go a week without broken down trains or technical issues. Today (13/6/24) was YET ANOTHER train breakdown, 40minutes late delays

What is not expected is for my boss to receive the same message on her PRIVATE (not company) cellphone. I have never given VVM her contact information. I received a call after 5months of no contact that I still owed sleepmasters. First they couldnt send me a statement so I offered to go to the store on the weekend to verify dates since they couldnt send me statements. However, they were still calling me every hour despite this notification and I still advised i would go on the weekend so i refused to arrive at a settlement figure without first seeing their statement or invoice. Eventually i went to the store and advised them I had received an sms saying to pay R118.40 monthly as settlement, which I did by paying R120. Come Tuesday I started receiving sms several times daily saying it was R1.60 short when it was actually R1.60 more! I'm still receiving this sms daily every few hours. That was not all. I than started receiving also on Tuesday, another email saying I had agreed to a monthly settlement figure of R396.90 monthly. At no time have i agreed to any settlement and only paid the R120 based on their own sms notification to me. So in 24 hours i have received 3 different amounts to pay from this company and when i ask for recordings of any settlement agreement I apparently made at any time i am ignored. The daily sms' and emails still continue with different amounts showing. This is harrassment due to their own incompetence. Which authority can I report this to behaviour to?
After calling the call centre 2 times requesting to order a new bank card i was twice referred to order on the app. When I enquired HOW to do that since I have an active app but cannot find out technically how to do it, the call centre could not give clear instructions. i than decided to go to a bank (Boulders) and I got somebody at the bank to go in my app and order for me which was done. Now i need to set up a delivery address and time and the webiste is offline for that! Im really hating this app as the call centre wants to push everything to it whereas the app is not user friendly. please call me back to give over the phone card delivery instructions since your technology is letting you down.my contact is..
I have never had a loan with this company called Platinum family cash loans but they appear on my credit report 5 times with small balances they say im owing them. I have never had a loan there. Send me a copy of a letter to credit bureaus stating that i have no active accounts with you and owe nothing!! I have just reported this company to the council for debt collectors since they have never bothered contacting me despite my attempts and am escalating to attorneys of my harrassment with their calls and sms'.

I am constantly receiving calls and sms concerning an account owed by somebody else for Foschini. I have tried advising the agents that the have incorrect cellnumer and they need to remove me and they either drop the call or endlessly refer me to different numbers which return me back to the initial number. Can I be assisted of where to report this behaviour of MBD, which organisation can I report them to since they refuse to correct this themselves. When i ask for call records the call is dropped. I have total access to this other individual's details (no use of ID numbers for privacy) including amounts owed. This now needs to be reported to the authorities, it can't be corrd\ect that they treat somebody's personal info with such disrespect. Where can i report them?
Vodacom. Seems like everytime I want to make changes I have to go through the CEOs office. Last time only when I complained on the CEOs facebook page did I get attention. I will do so on Friday. So I asked to have my fibre relocated a mere 200m in the same complex because the house was sold. Voda said I needed to fill in some forms. After 2-3 days I finally had all the docs. Then 1-2 days lateran email comes in that they cant move it because Im owing. I had the same story when I applied, told I owed Voda which was interesting since apart from 1 prepaid about 15yrs ago I had never been a voda customer. After I asked what I owed voda, I was simply told its a mistake and all will be updated, I can re-apply which I did and succeeded. The same thing is going on now, my 2nd d/o went off today correctly but Im still being told 1 month after applying for fibre relocation that Im in arrears but I'm not. Sort out your issues!! I'll paste this long story on your CEOs facebook again to be there for all eternity (feel free to chek out my last post, its still there) on Friday morning 9am.
VODACOM FIBRE- So its been a week now the fibre and equipment was installed but its not active. Ive called several times into the vodacom fibre call centre on ********** to be told each time the service just needs configuring and that they have emailed whoever it is who is supposed to configure it. (SR181 ********** 97) A week later, still no service. Im told the current special is 1st month free, hope this isn't a scam from Vodacom to minimise my 1 free month. Ill do 1 better, forget about the free month and just activate!!!! I'll sign off on that if need be. All this in the 1st month of a 24 month contract, its going to be a long ride from what I see so far!!!
