Dear Miway I've been client for the longest of times eveytime I get a average service. Collen Mkhatshwa you are a star and deserve all my 💐 💐💐💐💐i wish the QA in your company and listen to evey advisors calls you been brilliant and paid attention on what I needed my help for🙏🙏🙏🙏the last 3 times I called miway the guys was brilliant including the previous 2 ladies they really know how to put themselves in customers shoes and understand customer concerns. Collen Mkhatshwa thank you brother keep it up your efforts will not go unnoticed keep it up I appreciate the accuracy and attention to key pointers I have mentioned. Pervious encounters with Miway representatives they sound so boring and not interested in working at the brand. There is a good few of them that I wont mention names but need to fix their attitude when I speak to them I just drop the call because I can't have someone's bad energy rub off on my nor spoil my day. To Collen Mkhatshwa and the other 2 ladies you guys won my heart and will always make me see Miway before any othet insurance company well done❤️❤️
What an exciting experience at 1st I called i couldn't get help and I opted for another insure company.the 1st lady whom called to switch me back to Miway she is a star I've been at miway 10years never claimed to date and they won my heart by switching me back Kudos 💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐💐 💐 those guys made me stay loyal to the brand❤️❤️❤️

You guys have the nerve to do this **** I have been calling all day asking nicely for this to be collected to day. I really don’t care what the drivers business is it has nothing to do with me I called the hole day wasted my airtime I left work early waited since 2:30 for this blady drive to come but guess what so easy for h guys to send the below **** messages and think it’s orite to waste people’s time. We don’t waste time paying for our shipments to be collect we don’t pay after it’s collected we pay when we book now we must have this *** experience. In future don’t tell operations mangers to tell call agents it will be collected then it’s not learn to communicate with customers call do follow ups we can’t tell u guys how to do your jobs Think it should be logic we need to use. Do not wait for us wasting our money waiting on your call agents lines and get promised the world but get **** in return. The message I got after calling all day at 5:27 saying fail to collect not ready What is not ready? I’ve been waiting all day and that’s to however handled this item thanks to them my family member will not get the item in the given time well done. I’ve never been this annoyed and SORRY WILL NOT HELP WASTING PEOPLES TIME WE MAKE TIME TO ENSURE WE HOME WHEN YOUR DRIVERS COLLEXT BUT YOU GUYS FAIL TO TELL US IN TIME IT WONT HAPPEN AND MAKE US WAIT AND WASTE OUR TIME FOR NOTHING WE COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING ELSE IN YOUR TIME AND DO NOT APOLOGISE I DONT WANT IT MAYBE GIVE IT TO THE DOG THAT WILL APPRCIATE BEING MISS INFORM AND SETTLE FOR ALL **** WE GET.
I always recommend this service an always been super happy. my problem started when I told I was told to complete commercial invoice I was told to complete both sides which I did, and all fees included. No 1 was there to guide me nor anything I completed the invoice the problem I have is the duties and tax I have been charged. I was charged for the shipping cost in my duties and vat that I paid to Fedex and I called up the phone @ 7h47 and spoke to another lady and she told me that I shouldn't have included my fright fees from Polan to South africa! No 1 Told me that I must just include the item price it's like everybody is in a rush to answer next call and and and and. Then when the shipping tax and VAT Invoice comes its alarming for such small items I had to pay R1677.44 Because duties and tax was paid item price which was 247.64 USD and shipping cost from Poland to SA Another 119.00USD which in total was 341.88 usd that was submitted for duty and tax :(. I have always had Great service with fedex which is the recommended shipping I always use when buying things from abroad. This was just horrible imagine I already paid FedEx the shipping amount the seller requested yet am still being billed on it who is to be blamed for that? I called the call center, and they just told me there is no refund and nothing I can do about it and if Customer service was really taken to Heart if the clearing officer seen that freight chargers was included call the customer and inform them not to include any freight fees on the commercial Invoice because it was already paid for. My lost FedEx Gain. I really wish a better resolution could have been brought forward. I work FACE TO FACE with customers daily and if I see anything wrong or misleading, I correct my customers to make sure that they are happy and looked after. In this case all I can say is thank you and I know that I will not receive a refund. I will continue to use the services I hope people goes on proper training so no further customers and incuur this Poor service and complain about South Africa duties and tax it to much when in reality it would've been so much easier if we did not have misleading people around and we pay the price for what we bring in and out of the country. thank you. On another note, I was asked to reach out to the sender for an invoice when another lady before the time inform me that they will communicate with the sender, but I had to run around and get all Info you guys needed but thank you once more Regards Keagan
I think the only person working and doing the correct job is Nyiko Mthalane. I had issues since 2June and yes it got sorted out late but if it wasn't for him I still wouldn't have had a line that is not active. My line only got activated 13/07/2024 since I bought item 2June 2024. I appreciate you help very much you have been in contact throughout everything and I really appreciate you please know that all 5 Stars only goes to you Nyiko Mthalane thank you.

THE GUUYS COME 2 WEEKS BACK TO INSTALL THE ROUTER. THEN I WAS TOLD TO WAIT ITS GOING TO ACTIVATIONS AND TOLD IT TAKES 2 TO 24HOURS TO ACTIVATE SO YOU DO THE MATHS ITS WAY PAST 24 HOURS. EVERYTIME I CALL ILL HOLD TILL AM BLUE IN MY FACE 30MIN THEN THE PHONE JUST DROPS. Gugu is Unhelpful She is not very helpful need to learn how to speak to people we dont do anybody any favours. We been getting calls to install so we missed i call back she said address is wrong i must call mweb i done so and all is well i called back again she shut me out . its not my fault Vuma has address how they want an issue i raised with them as well. we are all at companies to work and Gugu is not doing anyone favours we all need a job and her place can be giving to someone that wants to work
