Applied for loan was approved. was told to pay an initiation fee of R2600. I did that. later was told to pay for the COT so that money can be transferred into my account. I then told Fiona Jacobs to cancel the FQL265714 Which she said it will take 7 to 14 for the refund to reflex on my account. After 16 days after cancellation Fiona said to me "Unfortunately, our cancellation department rejected your cancellation" Fiona Jacobs is Fraud and Big Scammer.

My cheque card close without acknowledging me. When I go to the branch, they promise to do a new application and will contact me within 5 to 7 working days. That was 30th of December 2015. I still waiting till today. Standard bank is quick to debit the account but fails to deliver. Can someone assist!!!!
Jabulile refused to close my account even though is zero balance. I was on hold for 5 minutes to speak to Bongani who never answer is phone.
Account paid up, yet I still get the message that I owe R169
Colin Kriel is ignoring my calls and I keep leaving the voice message to be called back and it never happens. My card still can't use it.
The Clearance Certificate is being sent for processing to our Exits department who will send out a letter once the process has been completed. I AM STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK ON THE ABOVE MESSAGE.
Paid up letter cannot be generated for my account. No valid reason. The account was paid in full YET I BEEN CHARGED FOR INTERESTS AND INSURANCE. No one is willing to resolve my issue.
The statement I received and the online statement are not corresponding. There is R1094.14 difference. No one is willing to explain what happened.<br>
I paid up the account in full and the store promised that it will be automatically closed. When I call the Account department, they say the account is over paid and still not closed. Accounts tried to transfer my call to other department which I was put on hold for an hour till my call cuts.
