CIDB is ripping customers off. I paid money for grading from CIDB level 1 to level 2-3 R2700 paid to CIDB and they say I ticked the wrong category on the form, I ticked the CE instead of the SQ therefore I forfeit the money I paid. I must fill a new form and make another payment. Why can't I fix the form and the same money paid allocated for upgrading. How are small companies expected to grow if CIDB is unfairly tipping them off? As it is CIDC is already having unfair standards of separating extremely many sections of CIDB EG. I do fencing , fencing can have a brick portion and steel portion with electric fence and have the foundation crossing water pipes in one project. This means I need a list of CIBDs 1 for brick laying 1 for plumbing 1 for fencing 1 for electrical Now when I grade I must only choose 1 CIBD SQ and not GB or GE or PE Or pay different fees for each of them. How will SMMEs grow having to pay so much money
I have wrote email for outsurance to chance debit date and requested a call back several times onv thier website to discuss the importance of changing the debit date. They never rep**** on my email and never called back as requested. Then they cancelled my policy for not getting payment on the unsuitable debit date
I have a router with contract 0661053841 vodacom, Vodacom November Month debeted R425 instead of R209, and then i contacted Gene from VODACOM in Rustenburg mall he said he will check and get back to me and never did. Then I assumed the other money will be for December, but then December the 209 was debited again, then I reversed the money because it is too much money then the services were stopped, then I called Vodacom and stayed on the line for a very long time no one picke the call and then i opted for the option for vodacom to call me back and they still not got back to me. It's now January no change no service!
On my plan i'm supposed to get 2 test per year from scheme but its taken from savings and they say the benefits are depleted and lie saying I claimed more than twice in the beginning of the year. 07 January I experienced this problem and 29 june I call them they promise to amend they never do. They also say there Is four consultations from scheme per year but they always debit savings account not scheme. As a result my savings get depleted early and my kids get sick they cant consult because the is no funds
On application of credit I said I will pay. They shoild not debit my account. I paid in store and they also debited my account without consent. I also said they should not give my contacts to other business for marketing but i'm receiving lots of calls just after applying for their credit.
