Bad customer service and scamers mind-set
Gido Gate Motors in the south of Joburg,what a terrible customer service these guys has,they installed a new garage motor in my house that only worked for 4days ,so it was opened 8times and it died.when I called them I was told long stories and when they eventually come out I was charged R800 again on top of full priced paid 4days ago. The Lady by Name of Jenny she was so rude to me and refused to talk to me, I quote " there is no future in having conversation with me" Please please stay away from them

I buy and sell second hands goods for living and I have been buying their damage stock to resell. I bought sofas that was delivered to me incomplete and as a result I had to take it back for exchange.when i get there Lizelle could not exchange it because they did not have stock.i then left the sofas in the store and we agreed they will phone me when something comes for exchange,after a month I went to see them and I was told Mark my sales assistant has come to take some TVs in exchange of my sofas and he has since resigned. I requested a meeting with the regional manager Ravi and the meeting was fruitless.Ravi told me they were going to try and regain my money from Mark pension money,but even today I have not receive my R11000.00(eleven thousands rand).

Scorpion are quick to make sure we pay their premiums but they can't service us at their clients, I have two cases with them, no constructive feedback, my wife's case of trying to get her pension fund from previous employer, has gone cold, they sent letters and told her the employer is not responding, they can't take it further, poor service indeed.

after waited for 30min in d store with only three customers, I approached the cash desk and ask if my order was ready, but all staff ignored me and Thabo said to his colleagues \we must not help people who come here and rush us"";dont be the next victim.<br> """
