This review is related to an email and telephonic call on the 27th February 2024 @ 13:41pm. Just to give you some context: I upgraded my contract in September 2023, because I was offered the Zflip Samsung with the option of a trade in on my old phone. I gladly accepted, concluded the paperwork and hand in my phone (A33). When I reviewed the first debit order It was R999 as appose to R400 as stated in my contract. I have since September to present being overcharged by R599. I require urgent attention to this matter; A resolution to be reached ASAP and my refund before this month ends. I have been extremely patient in this regard and can no longer accept the poor service I'm receiving from MTN.
<div> They offered world class holidays. Complimented us with on every second line of their false sale pitch. When they were done, they had asked me to sign. I was under the impression what I signed for was in the agreement. According the NCA they are supposed to take a customer through the "blueprint", to my dismay when I received the agreement and read through it, that is not what they did. They said all we need to pay is R7500 to make this "ours", when I read through the agreement there is R813 levy that needs to be paid every month. Had I known, I would never have signed up for it. They told us about their referral program to make money that we need to forward 5 names a month before the 15th of every month, and we would get paid. They did not say that it takes 12 consecutive months of active referrals for the money to be paid. My Travelution has breached contract and were not honest in their dealings and there I would like to cancel and demand a full refund of my money. The national consumer act clearly states that you have 5 working days cooling-off period in which you can cancel an agreement resulted to direct marketing. It also clearly states that you have 15 business days in which you are entitled to receive full refund.</div>
On the 11th of January I upgraded my contract, to-date I have not received my handset. I was informed it would take 3-5days for delivery. On the 17th January I sent the below email: Morning ***** I trust you well. Kindly advise when can I expect the handset to be delivered? On the 7th February I received a response Morning We still waiting for stock of the A80. Sorry did not get your ID copy as well. Do you want to change phone or wait for stock ? Thanks If I did not contact MTN they wouldn't bother to inform me what the delay was. On the 9th February I sent the below email: Morning **** Kindly advise how long must I still wait? Is there another option with a phone within the same price range with the watch included? The response on the same day: Morning We do have the watch in stock but waiting for the handset to be allocated. Just got the stock info and they said still waiting for stock. Checked but there is not another phone that is close to the price ALL THE WHILE I HAD TO CONTINOUSLY FOLLOW UP WITH MTN. I then sent another email of the 9th, the response: Feb 9, 2022, 6:15 PM Hi As per email received for the phone it will be hopefully next week and just waiting for feedback on watch. To-date I've not a heard a word from MTN. I also subsequently in-boxed them on FB on two or three occasions seen that they were not forthcoming with information as to how long the delivery will...NO JOY EITHER.
An email that was sent to Vumatel 18/07/2018 Please be advised that the installation for ......, landline number ............ is not complete. I am without internet connectivity for the last 3 weeks. I am appalled by the services Vumatel has rendered. Please note If my complaint is not escalated and attended to I will not hesitate to take this matter further. It took Vumatel to respond via a Facebook message I sent on the 20/07/2018. Vumatel insisted they contacted me a number of times not sure on which number, it certainly wasn't the contact number I gave them. I then gave them my cell number up until this today 23/07/2018 I have not received any feedback from them.
To whom this may concern: My husband and I signed an OTP on the 22nd January 2018 and five months later the property has not registered let alone is it in the lodgement phase. The purpose for the email is to draw attention to or highlight a certain attorney association; Mangera Associates, that I have been engaging for the past 5 months who are currently busy with the sale of my property. There has been numerous delays in the sale of my property but the attorneys are not forthcoming with information. I have to always "run" after them to find out what the latest happenings are. I believe they delaying the transaction purposefully for a reason unknown to me. This is my 5th property that I've sold and I have never experienced such a long outdrawn process in concluding the process of selling my home. The 12th or 13th April I contacted the attorneys they said to me the client has a shortfall, once that is paid they will lodge. I instructed the attorneys to place the clients in breech of agreement. The attorneys only sent the letter to the clients the 18th, a week later. The clients however paid the shortfall the 26th April 2018. On the 9th May I was informed that the attorneys are going to lodge the 15th May to date lodgement has not taken place and the attorneys has not had the decency to communicate the reason for the delay until I contacted them 28th May 2018. The excuse was they waiting for an approval letter from the client which would take 2 to 3 days as per Mohammed (Mangera Attorneys). My frustration in this whole deal is that: - the attorneys are reactive or as I have said they are delaying for some reason unknown to me - they conceal information Which ultimately boils down to their conduct and dealings being unethical..
I placed and paid for an order on the 7th of April 2015, for 16-Channel HDMI DIY CCTV Kit with Internet and 3G Phone Viewing. As per their terms and conditions is stated the delivery will take 5 days. On the 13th April I sent an email to inform them that 5 days have come and gone and I have not not received my goods. I then received an email from Rudolph Nyakatawa stating that in the fine print it states delivery will take 14 working days and 5 extra working days because it was an EFT payment. He also said \ I can safely confirm purchase order has been forwarded to our suppliers already. If you do not not receive your order within the stated delivery period
