Misleading website
Completely misleading website....tought I was ordering from Mango in South Africa, but items are from Spain and have to pay customs and fill out forms for the courier. Nowhere in the shopping process is that disclosed.....will never buy from them again.

Best car hire company I have dealt with
Hassle- free collection with minimal "paperwork" - all info is shown to you on a screen which faces you and mirrors what is on the employee's computer.. Received an SMS about 2 hours before my collection indicating my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The car I received was an upgrade from the one I ordered and was clean and neat and smelt nice. Staff were friendly and assisted with pointing out various items eg: electric handbrake before I drove away. Premises are bright and roomy. Drop-off was also no issue and my invoice was e-mailed to me at my request.

Easy to search for the item you want.
I order alot of items from Takealot.com including printer cartridges, make-up and hair products. Even if I am not sure of the exact name of the item, the search facility helps me to find what I need, especially when it comes to electrical items. Any items where quality is poor are replaced or credited with ease.

Went above and beyond
Employee collected my elderly parents from airport arrivals and drove them by golf cart to their offices and made sure their car was a only a short distance to walk to. My mom has alzheimers so all the extra effort on their side took a load of my dad''s shoulders. They were very impressed with the whole process and I am very relieved that everything was handled so efficiently. Well done Sumare and yr team at Cape Town Airport.

Awesome breakfast and service at this Spur
I had breakfast at the Spur in Overport City yesterday morning and I was overwhelmed by the exceptional level of service, great food and speed with which everything was brought to me. I was given the newspaper when I asked and I enjoyed a really relaxing and yummy breakfast with very attentive staff who catered quickly and correctly to all my requests. I will definitely be back!

Excellent food and service again and again
I ate at Mugg and Bean at the Midlands Mall twice in the last week and a half and the service and food was off the highest quality. The manager was visible on both occasions and the speed at which the food arrived on my table was amazing. Best Mugg and Bean in South Africa as far as I am concerned. Love going there...consistent and a pleasure.
