In 2020 a contact a company with the name of Fresh Credit Solutions to get more information regarding dept review. I spoke to a person with the name of Percy. I was happy regarding this information and it would save me R4000.00 a month .I decided to go under depth review with my depth councilor Liam Owies . In November 2020 the Sheriff of the Court knocked on my door and gave me documents for non payment of my vehicle. In the end more lawyers phoned me and i had to make arrangements for the payment of my creditors. I phoned Liam in 2020 and explained the situation to him. It is now 2024 and since then i have not been contacted by him for an explanation. I had to borrow money from my family to save all my assets or i was out on the street. I would not advise anybody to do business with this guy as you stand a chance of losing everything that you have. I have contacted the NCR but it was a waste of time as well as SAPS
I gave complained about Absa more than a month ago.Russel Edwards phoned me and said I must give him three weeks and he will sort it out .They leave me know choice but to take further action .It is about the arrears on my mortgage statement .
I receive a annual mortgage loan statement from Absa.It states that on the 15 of every month i must repay an amount of R8946.22 and an arrears of R2119.48.I make a payment of R12359.59.It shows on credit score that i am in arrears for January and February.I paid this amount in arrears in March.This effects my credit score and i want them to rectify this or take the consequences.
At the end of May 2022 I retired after 37 years service from correctional services.I received my money from gepf.In June I received a letter that an amount of R22 361.42 was paid to much for tax .On the 19 th of July 2022 I informed Sars and attached the document.The reply from Sars was that correspondence will be send in due course.I is now 10 February 2023 and I am still waiting.I lodged a complaint but reply was in service.
When i retired i phoned Sars to enquire if i need to submit and the reply was due to this unique i don't have to submit.But in November i received a fine for not submitting my tax return for 2022.I phoned again and the reply now was i have to submit.I completed all documentation and ask about the penalty as Sars now owe me money.The reply was that they will deduct it from what they owe me.But on the 5 th of December 2022 i receive an sms that i must first pay the penalty before i will receive my refund.I paid Sars on the 5 th of December 2022 on Absa internet and now i am still waiting for the refund.
Truworths have been phoning me the whole week about her account .I have enquired from my wife how much she owes them and said R500.00.She gets paid on the 15 th of every month. She paid the account on the 14 th of October 2022 ,but i still get phoned on the 15 th .Seems like there is chaos in their books and they do not know what they are doing.
I recently paid the outstanding balance on my vehicle.I informed Wesbank to send me the necessary documents so that i can register the vehicle in my name.They did send me a paid up letter with no signature.When i register the vehicle i need the original documents.I don"t know what seems to be the problem.
Today is the 3 rd. of August 2022 and i have not received my pension as i am supposed to receive it on the 1 st of August 2022.,Government wants to make if everything is going well with the Pension fund, but seems like this is also in chaos as the rest of the government.
I bought an item on bidorbuy and paid for the courier service. I got a Waybill to track my parcel OL10242900.I contacted the courier on friday and Kelsey informed me that my parcel was dispatched on the 29 th of July 2022.Today is the 30 July 2022 and no word from the courier.
On the 10 th of June 2022 i bought a 2018 Honda NC750 DCT and payed in cash the amount of R96 245.00.On the 1 st of july i noticed that there is to much play on the chain.I watched on Youtube on how to adjust the chain.They explained the different markings and what can happen if it is not adjusted properly.I checked on the bike and i noticed that the adjustment is already on the also explained that you can damage the frame of the motorcycle if you drive like this.I called Suzuki South but could not get hold of Austen Ramsay Lewis the sales person,but he emailed me at 10:21.I phoned Suzuki again and spoke to the manager Steven and informed him about the problem.He wanted me to drive the bike in and i informed him about the danger of damaging the bike .His reply then is that they will collect the bike on Monday.I informed him about that i felt like returning the bike to be refunded.He said that he will sort it out.
