Thank you Keagan and the awesome friendly staff at South motorcycles for always giving the best advice and guidance with products. When i came back to get the gloves Keagan showed me he was busy giving equally awesome service to another customer and I had to rush off to work, but I will return the weekend hopefully to make a purchase

How shall I start this topic? Customer service! My experience with South Motorcycles, previously Suzuki South in Wynberg. I've puchased 4 SYM scooters from them over the past couple of years.... The latest being another Maxsym 600i. Within a week after buying the bike I reported a mechanical noise and that the bike used oil. They told me to monitor it and keep them up to date. I've done this over a period of time with information re oil used vs kms driven. At one stage their snr mechanic cut off the oil breather pipe saying that it was ruptured by exhaust heat. Long story short is, they now say that there is no paper trail of the record and interaction between them and me since i've bought the bike. Today I had to pay them R650 to tell me there is something wrong ie compression is low. I suspected that. Now their trump card is the fact that the bike was not serviced by them. The fact remains is that they sold me a faulty bike and now did everything in their power to claim no responsibility. And don't let them con you by saying if you refer someone to them they will pay you a fee. The 3 bikes they sold to people I referred to them is evidence of that broken promise /sales pitch. Anybody can sell a good product but after sales service is key!! And to make it worse.... they have not replaced the breather pipe they cut off during my previous visit when I reported the problem and the oil was not even topped up. This is the lowest sneakiest form of service I ever received from a car or motorcycle dealer. And the salesman did not even say a word to the principal dealer regarding all the visits I paid to them with this problem. They obviously planned the whole deceipt this morning when I phoned to querie the progress on the bike, and furthermore, the invoice was made out to the wrong motorcycle.... complete incompetence!!!

I feel ******, is the best way to say how I feel. Suzuki south wynberg charged me 2109,64 rand for a change of tyre, the tyre I brought and brought in with my scooter, they changed the oil, the o ring, 2 gaskets and a few missing *****s. The chop that was supposed to help me was rude and abrupt with me. As a new scooter owner I will never go back there and will never recommend them.

On the 10 th of June 2022 i bought a 2018 Honda NC750 DCT and payed in cash the amount of R96 245.00.On the 1 st of july i noticed that there is to much play on the chain.I watched on Youtube on how to adjust the chain. They explained the different markings and what can happen if it is not adjusted properly.I checked on the bike and i noticed that the adjustment is already on the also explained that you can damage the frame of the motorcycle if you drive like this.I called Suzuki South but could not get hold of Austen Ramsay Lewis the sales person, but he emailed me at 10:21.I phoned Suzuki again and spoke to the manager Steven and informed him about the problem. He wanted me to drive the bike in and i informed him about the danger of damaging the bike .His reply then is that they will collect the bike on Monday.I informed him about that i felt like returning the bike to be refunded. He said that he will sort it out.
