Worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
First time using their app and service, put a little money in and of course as anyone except one place I've used prior they'll drain you quickly. Also, the video freezes and lags, there's no "undo" option for placements either and not to mention most of what you want to use says "INTERNAL_SERVER_ERROR". These reviews are all incentives or paid, or **** AI written "reviews". Stay away!
Rigging tables, and same people winning same amounts over again. I won a decent amount on one site through the same provider when I had just tried out roulette. Went on a bankroll, had some nice withdrawals then out of nowhere every single time over periods of rolls it drains my account completely. This is not an addiction problem, I blocked my account indefinitely. They use magnets on their tables and maybe some cronies behind the desk, I swear I had seen it before but going from ~600 deposit in total with no bonus or incentives up to almost 1100 then down to nothing again. I saw that ball hit that magnet and bounce in place, that IS NOT NORMAL that ball is supposed to bounce not stick like that. Not the first time I've seen 3-6 numbers hit in a row constantly, these gambling houses are vultures. They will advertise fun but lead you like a horse with a carrot on a stick until you're funneling them money for their rigging. Be smart people, don't fall for it.
How is a "payday loan" service supposed to work when I need bridging money and I get declined even with a good credit score. Useless.
I logged a case of ***** the same morning my account was suspiciously charged the EXACT amount not to zero out my card without my card details being given to anyone (obviously). I find this really ***** the fact that it also went through a payment processor that doesn't enforce any verification through my app. Get my money refunded by COB today, if not I'm opening a complaint with the banking ombudsman first thing Monday morning. My money was ****** from me to have food for the rest of the month, the person who stole it doesn't care nor does this bank if me and my family starve or not. I'll be closing my account after my money is rightfully returned and never using your bank again. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! WHY DOES IT NEED TO TAKE A WEEK UP TO A MONTH!!!!!!!!!!!
Cold-calling me in the middle of the day, knowing my first name and not saying where you're calling from unless I ask? Another reason to leave this country!
Stay away from this place, they're a bunch of ****mers. I will never use this place again or ever recommend them to anyone as I was forced to sit and wait for hours and find out months later they didn't adhere to what they advertised to do, now having all sorts of issues after a "major service". It eventually cost me a LOT of money and the clutch cable snapped when the car was brought back, which we wanted fixed AND warned them about it multiple times (!). An initial quote for about R1500 inflated into R3500 to almost R4500 at the end of the day (more like 3) not including petrol and time lost. First and last time I'll ever use this pathetic business... Clutch cable failed after it was "replaced", I'm becoming more convinced I was taken for a fool and a simple oil change and a filter etc was done. I'm very close to taking this **** to court to get my money back after the work was guaranteed and I paid a huge amount. Very convenient you "can't find my details" either.)
Almost ruined my life, caused me to lose my job and apartment when I was going through an actual emergency. Consultants don't care and I was even put down on at one point when I needed help. Ridiculous.
Bought a pax here and went back after the oven plate came loose and fell out. I can see by these other reviews I can kiss my money goodbye, won't support this unethical company again. Every clipper I've bought has failed within less than a month, the serial number on the PAX 2 box and unit didn't match. Was stonewalled phoning their head office and going to the N1 city branch while the cashier serviced other people, explained it's possibly a manufacturing dud but I was told to "send an email" which will most likely get ignored. -1 customer, respect consumer laws.
Harassing me, threatening me and frankly rude. I don't know what accounts you're busy going on about but all my debt is settled. Stop contacting me, and harassing me with empty threats. I will NOT be threatened, harassed or bullied. If you contact me again I'm laying down a letter with my Lawyer, the Credit Ombud, NCA, NCR and Debt Collectors Council.
