Firstly, after the vehicle accident an " online assessment" was done (this would have made sense if this was only a minor key or trolley scratch in a parking lot). You have the option to take the vehicle to their assessment centre ( we did explain their might be mechanical or structural damage), after this circus we were told this might take a month to resolve. Our Uber costs and inconvenience are none of their concern.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining and staying at Thabong Wedding Venue on February 14, 2025, and we can confidently say that it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the level of hospitality and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. The three-course meal was an absolute delight, with each dish expertly crafted and beautifully presented. A special mention must go to the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure that the evening was romantic and memorable, from the cozy bonfire to the impeccable service throughout the night. The room we booked was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly arranged, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing stay. The breakfast served in our room was far more generous than we anticipated, a true feast that set the tone for a perfect morning. A heartfelt shoutout to the chef, waiter, staff, and management for delivering five-star service and making our evening truly special. We will definitely be dining and staying at Thabong Wedding Venue again, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining and accommodation experience.
Since my last post and my previous email to Vox on Friday, 21st February 2025, I have once again received an automated response from a bot indicating that the issue regarding our undelivered router—now approaching three weeks as of Monday, 24th February 2025—has been escalated. However, despite these escalations, the matter remains unresolved. After two weeks of patience and reasonable accommodation, including our offer to collect the router directly from the courier company, this situation has now reached a critical point. Therefore, I am formally notifying you that if the router is not delivered by 12:00 tomorrow, I will consider my dealings with Vox terminated. It is concerning that, despite 2,693 negative reviews about your appointed courier company, Skynet, Vox continues to rely on them as a preferred service provider. From both a security risk analysis and a marketing perspective, the following concerns must be addressed: 1. Clarify why due diligence was not conducted on Skynet before their appointment. If ********, kickbacks, professional oversight, or a lack of accountability played a role, corrective action must be taken. 2. Identify who is responsible for vetting vendors and implementing quality control measures to monitor customer feedback and address inefficiencies or negligence. This case exemplifies systemic unprofessionalism and could serve as a valuable training scenario for Vox’s customer care program. The fundamental question to consider is: What measures could Vox have implemented to ensure that a straightforward task—delivering a router—was executed efficiently, without financial loss, reputational damage, or customer attrition? Practical solutions were available but overlooked. Moreover, while Riba from dispatch has been exceptionally helpful and empathetic, this issue should have been managed at an executive level. It was inappropriate to leave her solely responsible for defending Vox and attempting to resolve a problem that clearly extended beyond her scope of duties.
If you need to take off work...deal with these unprofessional idiots....they will have your blood pressure thru the roof in no time. We are struggling to have our parcel delivered for 2 weeks now. The latest excuse is they are unable to find our address. The fact that we are opposite a National landmark is apparently not a pin drop for them. They managed to deliver our parcel today....wrong complex and the waybill only showed a signature from who ever signed for our parcel. I firmly believe all staff working for this company is retrenched Government staff ....when you think it's not possible to be more ***********....Skylink is there to prove you wrong!!
We have been waiting two weeks for a router, and we deal with a "customer service" bot informing us that our problem is been attended to. Our problem has not been attended to, and apparently all call service centre team leaders or managers are IA generated responses. The worst service for a IT provider. Needles to say I have contacted additional IT companies to assist with a router.
We bought items from Rochester @ Carnival Mall, the salespersons went above and beyond to assist (we altered our purchase twice). The manager contacted us to update on the delivery. My gratitude and appreciation for all the staff, manager and delivery staff. We will definitely recommend and support Rochester @ Carnival Mall again.
Thank you to Peter, and all the staff from the hotel. From assisting with the online booking, checking in, to breakfast. Our room was clean, and we enjoyed our stay.
