They have beautiful cars, their service is bad. We haven't received spare keys, it's now a month already. And there's no communication I have to always follow up, make calls, drive to there with no solution. One time we were told that we can collect the keys, on arrival we were told that no one knows where they are. Fats who was our sales rep, deserted us the minute we collected the vehicle. Absolutely no after sale service. Secondly the car registration is not done, the permit has expired everytime we are told that the person working with the registrations is not at the office. This dealership is a complete headache when it come to servicing clients
I've been on the call for more than 20min now, I am being transferred from one person to another. I've been to the fourth person who also said they are transferring me to the "relevant" person who will assist me. I'm still placed on hold

I bought pots at @home Waterfall Mall in Rustenburg on the 24 September, I was told that they don't have stock and will purchase through their online store and the pots were on special which was ending the following day. I waited for delivery which never came. On the 3rd of October I went on their app to track the order, to my surprise it was booked as delivered, with my name spelled incorrectly even. I emailed Bash and called @home store in bought from, nothing happened as I keep getting the same email everyday saying they are WAITING for their courier. This is a bad service and I have paid a lot of my money

Capitec bank offers printing and phone rental services through Almesta, these people are very unprofessional. They kept making double deductions on my account. When I asked what the deductions were for i was sent from pillar to post, very unprofessional. At the end I was told by the accounts lady she doesn't know what the deduction is for, I asked her to send me my account statement and pay back the amount they deducted. Which never happened, I submitted a request to cancel the contract but Almesta refused and saying it's a 5 year contract. I am not happy with their service and unprofessional service and I requested a contract cancelation from Capitec
Incorrect billing and no assistance when you cancel contracts
Bonitas keep debits my account incorrect amounts, I have sent several emails, even to a point where I had to personally do a recon for them attached proof of payments. This was acknowledged but still debits incorrect amounts and reply by saying they will do a refund after the 7th of each month. This is unfair and unprofessional, it seems every time I make contact a new person handles my case and is clueless of what is happening daily, I ended up emailing every Bonitas email I have. But up to this day the issue hasn't been resolved
On the 4 September 2024 I submitted a contract cancelation. I'm not getting any assistance for this instead I am billed monthly with the device not working anymore after the cancelation. I was given this reference number 506437463 ND2003404351. To do follow up the telkom cancelation switch board is not answered, I'm transferred from pillar to post with no assistance. This is the reason I am leaving telkom, their service sucks.
My business landline is not working for 3 weeks now and I have reported being send from pillar to post. And I have to drive 1 hour to Telkom shop to get assistance. I'm so frustrated by the poor service I'm getting.
