I have often found rather small eggs in my box of eggs, I always buy the box of 30 XL Nulaid eggs (We go through 6-8 eggs a day) but I have found time and time again eggs that were definitely not the advertised >59g. I have actually just had enough now! the last box I bought 80% of the eggs ranged from 52-58g!!! I am paying a lot extra for XL eggs but getting nothing of the sort!! Some boxes are better than others but this is the worse box I have ever bought.
I was so excited to try the new Domino's Pizza in our area. Girls night in with wine and pizza, WELL..... I placed an order and asked for delivery. I was told it would take 30 mins. After 40mins I phoned and asked where the pizza was, I was told it was on its way. After a further 15 mins I phoned again as my pizza still had not arrived. I told the lady my pizza better be here soon and she must phone the driver. After another 20mins STILL no pizza. I called again and was told again my pizza is on its was. I asked the lady to call the delivery person and ask where they were. I was told I must understand they only have two delivery people- my response- NOT MY PROBLEM, don't offer a service you can do!!! No 'Im sorry' or anything just I my deal with it! after two hours we had to make another plan for food. Pizza never arrived and I didn't even get a call back as to why or where my pizza was. DISAPOINTING!!!!!
I requested a quotation for house hold insurance, I was told on the 28th of May my quotation would be finalised on the 1st of June. A month later, after numerous calls, we receive an email asking for additional information. On one occasion when we called we were told that PSI are very busy and our quotation will be dealt with later- I find that a little rude!! Especially that other companies (After waiting a month for a quotation we asked other insurance companies for a qte) were able to give me a same day quotation. It was urgent for us to get insured as we wanted to put my new engagement ring under our house hold insurance and this was communicated to our consultant. Well I definitely know who not to deal with for urgent matters!! Wonder how long it would take to sort out an actual claim!
When I arrived back at the airport my car battery was flat. I approached Avis, as I have often rented cars from them, for help. I went to the employee behind the luxury car desk (Expecting the best customer service from luxury side!!) as all other employees were busy. First of all I had to wait for him to finish typing and then greet the man first! I told the employee about my problem and all he said was he could not help me, I was floored at how he literally could not care less, so much for 'We Try Harder' !! I told him I often rent from Avis and asked if that was it just no we cant help. His response was to go ask someone else he just stands behind the desk. This rude and unhelpful employer has brought down the entire Avis group. Luckily for me Bidvest were able to come to my rescue, so how do you expect me to rent from Avis again after Bidvest went the extra mile i.e. tried harder! <br>
I was parked at the airport and when I arrived back my battery was flat. I went to Avis for help but was rudely rejected any sort of help. I then went to Bidvest who were more than happy to help. I was greeted with a smile by Simphewe Sithole who then walked me to my car with a battery booster box happy to help. A real gentleman I have to compliment. Thank you Bidvest for employing people who are will to go that extra mile. I will no longer be renting cars from Avis!
Had such excellent service from Jessica at De la Vida Bridal Couture. She booked my appointment and emailed confirmation straight away. I sent an email requesting if certain dresses were in store to try on and requested costs of the dresses. Jessica quick responded with all the requested information. When speaking to Jessica on the phone she sounds enthusiastic and genuinely happy to help. It is so nice knowing there are people out there happy to provide a good service. I look forward to my appointment.
We recently flew from DBN to Lanseria. It was not a full flight at all. When I got to the window seat, there was no window. I politely ask air hostess to help me,I know you are not to change seats before take off but I am a nervous flyer and was feelin slightly claustrophobic.Air hostess was not helpful at al she told me I can only move when we are in the air I tried tellin her I would really like a seat at a window before we took off but she just interrupted me and spoke to me like I was stupid!I know she is correct you are not to move seats before take off but..here is the catch!<br> <br> I by mistake sat in the incorrect seat, one row behind. The air hostess knew this,she abruptly asked me what my seat was, when I told her, she told me I was in the incorrect seat. I ask her to please help me move to correct seat, where people now sat and a window!!instead she shushed me & told me again I can move after take off!! she caused such a scene people behind me started gettin involved.I eventually had to tell her to just go away!<br> <br> In my opinion she had 3 options:<br> 1.Move me to correct seat where I <br> 2.move me from INCORRECT seat to another INCORRECT seat buy a window<br> 3.Be RUDE & UNHELPFUL
