ABSA private bank service is way below standard!! No customer service at all!! Why even bother having a dedicated private bank email address which is it is not monitored or not responded to for requests for assistance? Why waste everyones time and just add more frustration? As so many times, seems the only way to get action is to revert to social media. Only then ABSA will contact me. And as always with the endless apologies for slipping up (again) and the request to rather make contact before going to social media. As if I have not tried. Shame on you ABSA private bank!!!! Take note #arrierautenbach. You may or may not know about how uncaring your relevant employees behave.

Pick n Pay selling vrot oxtail. Just bought a pack...got hom andxas vrot as you can get. I never shop at Puck n Pay, but could not any oxtail at the other shops, so thought I'll try Pick nPay. Not recommended and never again!!! Sies man!!!
Megan Nicholas, what pathetic company you are trying to manage (and clearly failing to do so!!! I've stated it so many times and will keep on stating the same; you have just no idea of how to fix this utter useless Supersonic business. After trying for months to terminate my contract (and good riddance for that) and after having received confirmation (eventually) about the cancellation, you just keep on billing my account? What arrogance is that? Supersonic must be the most pathetic and lowest ranking ISP in South Africa!! And I blame all of that to the management thereof. To the CEO, Megan Nicholas!!!
Wow; the epitome of arrogance!!! Received a call from an unknown number from a so-called ABSA consultant, Ziyad Khan, trying to get information from me, without being willing supply me sufficient information that he is actually from ABSA. People are getting ****med every day, with hoax calls from people claiming to work for banks. Just to collect information and data for dubious reasons. And the more I was telling this Ziyad Khan that this principle is at the order of the day, the more arrogant he got (telling me that "the call is recorded" as if that will reassure me who he is) and giving me a laid-back response that his assistance will be terminated and I can go and visit a bank branch. And my original issue is about the ABSA banking app, which as always has issues. *****ulent issues. But who's the customer to complain anyway, since ABSA is always correct and the clients just around to make profit for ABSA. What pitiful customer service from ABSA! And my possible *****ulent issue on the ABSA banking app still remains…a week later. #arrierautenbach take note; you may not know what egotistical consultants you have working for your company; dragging ABSA’s name through the mud!
A confirmed date of delivery was received form my 3 items ordered from Takealot. Three days later, I received an email that the order will be late (NO REASON GIVEN) and I need to confirm whether I'll be available when the items arrive, BUT NO DATE GIVE. I requested the new date; NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED. Another 2 days later, I received a mail that the 1 item "could not be delivered" and (without my consent) my account has been credited. What audacity to decide on my behalf, and that with NO REASON GIVEN!! The I had to make contact and waste my time to find out what was happening. STUFF THE CUSTOMER. And needless to stay; I STILL AWAIT THE OTHER @ ITEMS OF MY ORDER. Zero follow and ZERO customer care. One would think that with big competition coming, Takealot would up their performance, but clearly not! I received way better service from a recent international (China) order than what I'm getting from Takealot!!

I wonder if the MiWay management even realise that the more they pester people via telephone calls, to try and sell insurance, the less people will actually use them or even consider them!!! I've blocked so many numbers already, but seems that all the MiWay keeps on doing is taking out new cell numbers just so that they can pester and irritate more people.
Struggling for days to get hold of MedExpress via the Discovery website...NO feedback or follow-up!! Then used the WhatsApp service and after quite a while to get someone, had to hear MedExpress will be closing down...no more deliveries. What happened to communication with paying customers? Expecting meds to be delivered, but Discovery does not care about that. Very disappointing
Typical and expected!!! After cancelling only after 2 months (vs the stanard 1 month), due to your internal substandard and disappointing admin services, I get BILLED AGAIN for another month...a 3rd month!@. So my question remains, #Carolyn Holgate, do you have any clue what's happening in your measily little organisation?? What a disgrace of a company!!! Wake up and look at the reviews of Supersonic!
