May I please be assisted with the removal of the debt review flag on my credit profile. My debt counsellor submitted all the documents and I have them as well if you need them. The documents were sent through over a week ago.

After eagerly signing up with PayFast, I expected a smooth verification process and prompt service. However, the reality was quite the opposite. I waited anxiously for 5 long days just to undergo the verification process, which felt like an eternity. Feeling let down by this delay, I took to HelloPeter to voice my concerns in hopes of speeding up the resolution. Sadly, even after providing the additional information requested by your team, I'm met with nothing but silence. It's been a painful 20 days, and my account remains unverified, leaving me stranded without access to the services I need. This experience has been incredibly disheartening. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and urgency, especially when it comes to something as important as verifying my account. Your company's inability to address my concerns promptly has left me feeling neglected and frustrated. I implore you to please take immediate action to rectify this situation. I urgently need my account verified, and a sincere apology for the undue delay would be greatly appreciated.

I've logged multiple call back requests where technicians have phoned me. In all these calls, I've advised that my WiFi is not working properly for the past 2 weeks. I cant access certain applications and whatsapp messages etc doesn't work at all when I'm connected to the WIFI. I've told this to everyone I've spoken to and I keep getting the same response that "everything is fine with your wifi". I have spent so much money on mobile data. I'm seriously considering canceling my service as no one really seems to want to help me. I have also logged a hello peter complaint.
