Requested a cancelation in December and they continued to debit. Refused to upgrade unite that was visible by tracker on battery at a higher premium. Have debit my account and haven't compiled with requests to cancel and close account

Ordered The units:<br> <br> X 2 Cooler Master Nepton 240M - liquid cooling system radiator with fan<br> On the 20th and paid the price they had on their site they made a promise to send the units and then informed me on the 7th of December that the units were priced wrong and making it the issues of the Purchaser.<br> After an email stating that they were sending the units as soon as they had them On the 5th of December.<br> Now As we all know we walk into stores knowing prices and so on and the one example was Pick and pay over the festive season.<br> Were the item was Purchased at R95 and the actual price was R180. The Cashier had noticed the error and said it was our good luck.<br> Now on the 20th we had purchased the Items in question & paid for the Items Motioned as above and shortly after the purchase the Price had changed.<br> Now Firstshop is saying it's a 'manifest error' only on the 7th of January 2016 After promising to send the units once they had received them.<br> Now we all know the CPA act were by we see the price at its price & pay for it right?? So now as this is this aspect would you pay more when requested? No normally they say its your Good luck.<br> Now they want me to Accept a refund.

Been with telkom ADSL services since 2011.. Last year september was up upgraded to a 50Gig soft cap line but was explained that there would have been a 20gig day and 20gig night. But been billed for a 50 gig softscape since september. <br> We had some compensation of a Whopping R1117.00. were we've topped it up with R100 for 10 Gigs every month.<br> We have been struggling to get this sorted and have been glued to the phone month after month trying to resolve the problem. we've been to store a half dozen times.<br> With all done to the book its enough and think its time for it t get sorted.Also line speed is only 5.4 megs were were paying for a 10meg fastest line. <br> Also line speed never improves. So please could someone get back to me A.S.A.P please. thanks and regards
