If you're a bath ***** don't bother to book at Garden Court Milpark, usually when I'm in this hotel I request a bath without any hassles because last week I wrote a bad review that made them to respond to what I wrote now they refused to give me a room with a bath. I was here in November and in December but today they just refused to give me telling me that I need to top up R250 per night just for a bath. What is even worse in their rooms there are no fridges and I enquired in my first stay and I was told that you top up again. If you need peace of mind and to enjoy hotel stay don't bother to book in this hotel.
I'm so disappointed with Garden Court Milpark, on the 14th to 16th of December I booked there and I was very busy and preparing for something. When I arrived the bathroom was so dirty I then requested it to be cleaned. I was not even feeling well, the guy in the reception didn't even offer to change rooms and I wasn't up to arguing. Then when I was checking out, when I was double checking if I didn't leave anything behind. There was ******* between the other bed and the pedestal. I didn't realise earlier because I was using other bed . I reported to the reception when I was checking out. The lady that was assisting me really called me later and offered me a discount when I come back to the hotel. She even promised to put a not or something on my profile so that I don't struggle when I make my bookings. To my dismay, I booked today and requested my discount as promised. I was given her email address, I sent her an email and left my number. I was advised to do so because the lady who tried to assist me didn't find anything on my profile. I sent an email at 13:13 & I was told that she'll respond after 14:00 when she gets to work. I've called several times because she hasn't responded I was informed that she's attending a client. I tried to call now, I've just been informed that she's in a meeting. She hasn't responded nor answered my calls. I'm so disappointed because why did she promise a discount if she's knew that she'll behave the way she's doing now. I'm still waiting for Aphiwe Nomvalo's response and I'll keep on contacting her up until she responds. I'm just disappointed with this kind of unprofessionalism. Then there were
I was in Garden Court last year December 14th-16th of December, when I arrived ,the bathroom was very dirty and I complained about it. They sent a lady from housekeeping to clean it. When I was about to check out, I was just checking if I didn't leave anything, there was trash between the other bed and the pedestal. I was allocated a room with two beds because I requested a room with a bath. I reported to the front desk manager by the name of Aphiwe Nomvalo. She apologized and promised to investigate and to communicate with me. Later on while was at airport, I received a call from her apologizing and confirming that the housekeeping ladies didn't clean the other side with the bed that I didn't use. She then offered me a discount for my next visit, now I've communicated with the hotel because I want that discount. She wasn't at work yet, I was given her email address. I sent her an email and I tried to call her several times because they told me she'll be at work at 14:00. I've been calling and I'm told that she's busy with guest, I requested her to call me back that hasn't happened. They even **** that she's attending a meeting. When we conversed in December, she even promised to put a not on my profile since I'm a regular guest in Southern Sun hotels, but she didn't do that because the lady that I communicated with said if there was something written she was going to assist but Aphiwe didn't write anything hence she gave me Aphiwe Nomvalo's email address. I'm so disappointed because of the unprofessionalism she has displayed, obviously she's avoiding my calls. I'll keep on calling and emailing because I even told her that I was so sick during my last stay hence I requested them to just clean the bathroom little did I know that there was trash in the room in my entire stay. When she made that promise maybe she thought I won't be visiting Johannesburg anytime soon. Such acts degrade the reputation of the hotel. Such behavior is not acceptable.
I haven't been able to purchase anything as from yesterday. I reported the issue to my private banker, I was told that it'll be sorted yesterday Now everytime I'm trying to purchase it says I've entered an incorrect pin whereas I've been entering the correct one. I'm so missed right now.
I bought a ticket using ebucks on Sunday when I was finalizing my purchase, there was an error occurred message but my money has been deducted. The bank is refusing to refund me ,they been playing dilly dally with me. I've communicated with the bank since Sunday using secure messaging on app. I wrote emails, yesterday I was promised that my money will be back to my account at 12:00 midday. I enquired after 16:00 & I was transferred to ebucks section, the lady that was talking to me said there's nothing they can do and she can't see the transaction on her side whereas everyone else was seeing the transaction and told me that it's only ebucks section that can assist me. What was even worse the lady just kept quiet on me. She just didn't respond to my questions, that was so unprofessional of her
I'm so disappointed with Clientele legal when I joined the policy they did false advertising. The agent that I spoke with **** to me. They promised to assist me after paying 3 consecutive premiums but now they're refusing to assist me. I'm so disappointed and disgusted at the same time.i paid my premiums so that I can be assisted.
For your safety please don't hire these people, my house almost burnt because of what they have done. Instead of repairing they just caused mess. Thanks to my electrician friend who works at Eskom who assisted me. They charged me R5000 and left every electrical appliance not working. If you want peace of mind please don't hire this company. They're clueless about electricity. They incorrectly installed the inverter burnt the batteries.
Worse established with owners who are rude and have ****** tendencies. There's no electricity at Tranquil B&B , they don't inform the guests in advance. When you arrive they tell you that the electrician are busy sorting the problem. That's not true,they haven't had electricity for a very long time and they withold the information to lure the guests to their establishment. We were there for a weekend, we wanted to watch football with my partner. They told us that they only switch on the generator from 17:00 to 22:00. The appliances are not working, when the generator is on ,only TV and plugs are working, everything else is just dead and decorating. When we requested them to switch on the generator, they were so rude and threatened us. They refunded us and told us to wait outside if we're not happy about their arrangement. We made it clear that we're not going anywhere until they refund us. Joey and the male owner were so rude and kept telling us that we were unreasonable whereas they were the ones at fault. If you want peace of mind,don't book that place..those people are ****** and rude. We received our refund and then vacated their room and fortunately for us Lucolo was not fully booked, w we booked there and enjoyed the rest of our stay at Lucolo. Just stay away from Tranquil B&B because you won't experience any tranquility, you'll actually experience the opposite.
The owner and the manager of the establishment are ****** without integrity. They're doing false advertising. The establishment doesn't have electricity and the generator is only switched on from 5pm to 10 pm. For the rest of the day, there's no power and they lie about it, saying that it'll be fixed soon . They also have ****** tendencies, very rude .
I've just checked in today, I'm so disappointed with the service. The charging portal is fault, it charges then it stops. I then requested an adapter, which I received after an hour or more. I also requested an iron from housekeeping, I've been waiting for it ,it's almost an hour and half of wait. These people don't know why I need an iron now and how is my schedule tomorrow. I tried to call from desk,housekeeping and the duty manager, Noone is answering the call. I requested an iron from housekeeping, they promised to bring it. I kept on reminding them.
