Trains stopping at Bellville going no further
I don't feel like bothering typing this complaint because I know nothing will come out of it but dammit! Yesterday ALL trains going towards Malmesbury/Worcester were stopped at Bellville - we were informed buses were arranged to transport passengers forward. Do you know what those bus queues looked like?? It was impossible to get home that way - everyone who needed to get home as from Stikland stranded - do you know how many people that is???? The taxi rank was just as bad. I had to call someone to pick me up. Metrorail is a pathetic waste of existence who has no regard for their passengers that PAY for their service. And then they have the cheek to hike up prices ridiculously as from the 1 of July. And then of cause this morning's train was 40minutes late. We ALL should stand together and boycott Metrorail for one month - see how they do then.

Very small portions
I went to KFC Kraaifontein a few weeks ago, order a small KFC pops and other things - got home and the box was literally half full - there were 6 pops, I counted. Even took a pic. A week ago I visited the same KFC, ordered two crunch burgers and a small chips - opened the packet in the car, the chips packet was less than half full - I counted 7 chips. Didn't bother going back in as I was tired and didn't feel like arguing. Get home ready to eat and one of the burgers - oh my goodness - the chicken piece that was on there didn't even cover half of the roll. I will not be going there again - I shouldn't have to pay full price for half sized food.

I had previously submitted a complaint re dirty glassware - I received an email from managers of the branch telling me that the next time I come in I should notify them. A month or two after my complaint I went there again, informed the manager

Lipstick stained glass of wine
My partner and I went for a drink and pizza Saturday afternoon after doing our shopping at Panarotti's Cape gate. He had ordered a beer, me a glass of white wine. Drinks came food order placed. After a long shopping session with tired feet I was really looking forward to my first sip of wine - for some reason I decided to look down at my glass while it was on it's way to my mouth - a very visible red bottom lip imprinted on my glass - I was not wearing any lipstick. This was very off putting. Waitress apologized and brought another glass but I didn't feel like it anymore. For this to happen it must have slipped through 3 staff members at least! The person who did the dishes, the person who poured the wine and my waitress bringing to me - surely checks should be involved when sending out food?
