I would strongly advise anyone considering ICTGlobe to steer well clear. Their horrible service, lack of reliability, and appalling customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the headache and choose a provider that actually values its customers. Their customer service is utterly atrocious. Trying to get assistance is like banging your head against a brick wall. It's clear that ICTGlobe cares more about squeezing every last cent out of their customers than providing a reliable service. Despite numerous complaints, ICTGlobe has failed to rectify the problem, showing a blatant disregard for their customers needs.
Good day Telkom Team. I am still struggling with my internet connection. It has now been 1.25 months since I logged a support ticket (Ref: ********** 0). My case was closed, and nothing has been done to resolve the problem! I am very tired of this problem. You will compensate me for the downtime!I have called your support team multiple times, but my support ticket remains closed! Please respond in a timely manor! Stefan Crous
Good day MTN. I need assistance with an unauthorized debit order that has gone through on my account in January 2018. I have been trying to contact your fraud department without any success. Recently his laptop broke and he went to your premises yesterday to repair the laptop, under warranty. The sales consultant/support agent told him your shop is not a repair centre and he need to take the laptop to Partserve in Sandton. Could you please explain why my client needs to travel to Sandton to book his laptop in at Partserve? He bought the laptop form Evetech, and not Partserve.</p> <p> </p> <p>My client then contacted Partserve, and they told him he will need to book his laptop in for 3 days, to be assessed. After it is accessed, they will order parts from Taiwan, which will take 2 weeks. After the parts have arrived, he will then have to wait a further 2 days for the repair to take place.</p> <p> </p> <p>My client cannot wait 3 weeks for his laptop to be repaired. My client uses his laptop extensively and without it, he will not be able to do business.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please contact my client to arrange for a loan laptop/replacement while his laptop is sent in for repairs. Also, I think it is completely unacceptable to expect my client to travel to Sandton and deal with an electronics repair company he has never heard of. I’m starting to think you guys aren’t even an authorised MSI warranty service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p>When are you guys going to take responsibility? This is unacceptable!</p>
<p>I purchased a product from one day only, a month ago. This morning I was notified the product was delivered. I did not receive my parcel. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. A person, whom I dont know from a bar and of soap, signed for the parcel. I guessing, one of my family members will not be getting the present I bought them for Christmas. I have tried contacting one day only, but was redirected to DSV delivery services. I demand a refund if my product is not delivered in my personal hands. I will not accept an open parcel either! </p>

So well infact that i cancelled my DSTV subscription and streamed all my content via Netfliks, youtube and VesseI. I was able to stream 4K with no problem whatsoever. Lately, i can heardly stream anything. It is so slow! i cant watch anything because it constantly buffers! During the day i get up to 50 Mbps, but at night when im actually at home, i only get up to 0.5 Mbps! I know there is nothing wrong with my setup. I have logged numourus support tickets, but my problem remains.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unfortunatly its a 2 year contract, and as a consumer, i feel extremly dissapointed in Telkom service and support.
