**** silver necklace and bracelet are being sold as 100% pure silver but it turns black within a week at a high price.
I paid an extra amount of R2000 to have an advanced amount on my account. That amount does not show on my statement. I then paid R10 000. It shows that I'm in advanced with R10 000 but due amount is R6119 after i got an email that says my account is up to date and in advanced. This people don't know anything about accounting. Their response to their clients are poor and tardy. My previous car was financed via Absa, they will reduct from your advanced amount if you can not make payment. These people don't accomodate you in such situations. Avoid signing a contract with this company.
I have a loan with them. I kindly asked for banking details with my reference number so that i can manually pay my account to settle it quicker. I have sent an email last week, still no reply.
They deduct every month and don't update it on the statement. I paid R2000 in advance and it's also not showing. I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY FOR FINANCING. I have sent an email a week ago, still no reply.
When applying for credit or a loan, my application is denied because apparently I'm under debt review. After numerous emails i still don't get a reply from them. Will use another financial provider that actually wants to generate happy clients. Do your homework CAPITEC before declining a client.

<p>I am fed up with absa, all i want to do is decrease my monthly instalment.</p> <p>I called absa a week ago, they put me through to the vehicle finance department, then that lady put me through to the Collection department then that guy said I must e-mail the necessary documents and write a motivational letter. <p>Good day</p> <p>I received an sms that says my loan account is in arrears.Amount of R4036.15</p> <p>I have been under debt review and cancelled it in December.</p> <p>I then paid R800, R700 and R350 earlier this year to lower the balance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then send an e-mail to capitec to update my balance.</p> <p>1 month later and still no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I know that my remaining balance should be less than R2000.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont have time to go stand in the long queue, that's why i want this handled by e-mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kind regards</p>
