Stay away!! The biggest ****. Website look highly professional but the products are cheap China imports. They also change your quantity when you checkout. They have no idea when your parcel will arrive. When you try to return the items it's just not possible.
I am deeply disappointed in Game. My parents bought a Defy fridge at Game 3 years ago. The fridge has a 5 year warranty. It is not working anymore and needs to be replaced, Defy confirmed it after instructed by Game to inspect. According to Game they cannot replace the fridge because they don’t have any stock, apparently also no stock available at Defy. Game wants to refund my parents for the same amount they paid for the fridge 3 years ago, and not the replacement value. Surely this is not acceptable? Am I missing something?
Hi,<br> <br> We were driving in Paarl Main Road today around 13:00. We were in a queue and one of the Albany trucks (CY 139-831) wanted to turn into the Main Road from another small street. The truck driver clearly saw us but didn't stop turning trying to get in front of us, we couldn't stop as there was cars behind us and he was at a STOP street and it wasn't his turn to drive. He looked at his 2 co-passengers and as they looked backed at us they started laughing and still didn't stop. They were very arrogant! We managed to take a photo of the truck as well as the number plate. This is EXTREMELY rude not to mention dangerous to other road users as well as to your company's image. I am 5 months pregnant and they missed us by millimeters!! <br> <br> I would appreciate it if you can take this matter further as allowing people like this on our roads is unacceptable!<br> <br> The sad part is I am a regular Albany customer but will surely after this not support Albany EVER again if this is the work ethic of Albany employees!<br> <br> Rene<br>
I'm having a problem with my internet banking, I cannot seem to access my current account's 'history'. I'm thus unable to see ANY transactions being made to and from this account. Internet banking is my way of checking everything, I do not receive any printed statements anymore as the internet banking method is so much easier (or so I thought). I can see the total amount in the account but not any of my transactions. This started in March and since then I've been to my local branch as well as spoke to the contact center NUMEROUS times with absolutely NO help. I get issued a reference number but nothing happens! In the meantime due to this complaint and me being unable to see my transactions someone committed fraud on my account. Some of the money was paid back to me by Standard bank but I lost R 5000 which they cannot refund. And even after this fraud case STILL my internet banking is not working. It is apparently an IT issue. Really?? Do we really need 3 + months to solve an IT issue??<br> <br> I've been a loyal Standard bank customer for almost 30 years now with a few accounts in my name, you would think that they will give better service to clients like this.<br> <br> Kind Regard
