Company is not trustworthy! Just be careful when dealing with them. They delivered faulty products, collected them with their courier company. Promised repayment and never did although we approached them already a couple of times. But they are just not communicating at all! They request 100% upfront payment before delivering!!! They owe us more than R20K!!!
Just be warned, if you provide them with your tax id, they might report you automatically to the renvenue service without letting you know. I just got confirmation of this.
We are a business client and have emailed dstvbusiness@multichoice.co.za with an urgent request on 1st May 2024. Since today we are waiting for an answer. SAMPRA trys to force us to pay a couple of thousand Rands for an additional music licence fee although we are paying already to Multichoice for the corporate package, so that we can listen to the music and watch tv. We just wanted to find out if this is justified when we are paying every month for the corporate package to view and listen publicly!?
I am still buying every month 200GB data at Cell C and for every online purchase (R1,699.00) I have requested a proper V.A.T. invoice via their website. Although Cell C prompted on their website to email it (the correct email address was submitted), it was not sent. I have had this issue now a couple of times but they do not seem to see the need to change and automise anything on their online sales processing! Regretably they did not even contact me on my cellphone number as provided. Not good for the reputation of Cell C and even worse for the income of SARS which urgently needs funding to keep our country going!
We are a corporate using 4 credit card machines from FNB. We have logged a service call with FNB Merchant Service yesterday because all our machines were experiencing difficulties in processing transactions. At 12:00 lunch time we were promised that a technician is going to visit us within 2-4 hours. We called yesterday after 5 hours to querry why no technician was coming, to be only told that they will escalate the matter by email. Today nearly 24 hours later still no call and no whats app although all numbers are available to them. Frozen, Dr Oetker Ristorante Pizzas, 'Bacon, Feta & Avo', bought at Pickn Pay were mouldy. They were all not expired!
