I have been waiting almost 5 months for some action to be taken and a Vodacom problem to be solved caused by inaccurate information supp**** by this company. They are dishonest, non service oriented, unhelpful, lax and have absolutely no interest in the client. You can never get hold of the person that helped you and the manager is always interviewing someone. Names will be mentioned in my next post, probably post number 10 by now. Why does it always have to come to this when companies have to give back, but when wanting a sale, their aggressive approach is breathtaking!!
I was forced through misinformation to change my contract with Vodacom in February2025. After agreeing that they dishonestly got me to change my comntract, NOTHING has been done to change my contract back to what it was, despite hours of calls, empty promises, guarantees. Yet, one thing is certain, Vodacom has stuck to TIMEOUSLY DEBITING my account with a value that is not what I should be paying for. That is THEFT! Do not believe anything they say, its all about making money!
I have left 3 requests for help telephonically. I logged a call request on their internet log page. Noone follows up or returns your calls and this morning no one even answers the office line. No End of the month, their debits are definitely on time, but no service is provided at all
I have to share the worst policy of Vodacom yet!! I am still waiting for their customer care to correct a dishonest contract offer they made. The instruction, following collection, please let us know within 24-48hrs that collection has taken place. Heres the kicker: When phoning 24hrs later after collection, customer care explains THAT MEANS CALCULATING 8 HOUR WORKING DAYS ONLY. SO 24HRS MEANS WAITING BETWEEN 3-5 WORKING DAYS BEFORE I MUST RESPOND. Classic! Go Vodacom, now I have heard it all
Problematic food processes, promised a dismal voucher to compensate in some way, never received, empty promises, sad dishonesty....
Still waiting for Vodacom to correct their dishonest practices 2 months later with no results. Quotations from them are just a suggestion, but they will no stick to their own terms, sad
2 months later, Vodacom has still not resolved their dishonest practice of charging more than their official quotation agreed upon. After sales service null and void. Sadly another company part of big businesses disinterest in the clients that got them there
Still waiting for Vodacoms attention to a matter now 2 months old while they debit amounts not agreed upon related to an official quote received by them. Dishonest and not willing to resolve the issue while continuing to make money dishonestly.
As happened 2yrs ago, Vodacom will phone several times a day for months once ur contract expires. Despite trying to ignore the offer, the person insisted, i received a quotation, and again as 2yrs ago, my invoice due is not equivalent to what the quotation stated....
Paarl mall branch, waiting on line for 1hour25min and still not been attended to. The excuse, only 2 bankers. What kind of institute has 2 people available to assist clients, absolutely unacceptable!!!!
