Good day I logged a complaint 2 weeks ago and received no response. I bought Toy Story character crocs for my 2 years less than 3 months ago and the “permanent jibbit” that came on it fell off - it is broken on that spot of the shoe. This is shocking from crocs. I expect a response soonest.
After viewing a tick tock video I couldn’t wait to try Dip n dip. Apparently an international company we came across the branch in canal walk and was greeted warmly upon entrance and that is where the good news ends… We ordered the chocolate pancakes and chocolate fondue with sides. 1 of the main sides (cream puffs) was not in stock - as on a Monday afternoon after 1pm their stock hadn’t arrived yet- we were offered a replacement which in fact was pineapple and they were out of stock too. We were the only 2 people in the restaurant, after 20min I noticed the pancakes were ready to be served but were just on the counter while the waiter and the manager ran out to pick and pay to buy ready cut pineapple and charge us the exorbitant price for the fondue. At this point we had been waiting for 40min and only received our bottled water which we were forced to buy because the owner refuses to serve tap water with lemon and ice. We decided to cancel everything. The manager was so unprofessional coming from pick n pay thinking she saved the day but we were not interested to stay. I would never recommend dip n dip to anyone. Your money best spent somewhere else.
Good day I am sending this email on behalf of my parents Mr & Mrs Lottering. My parents have been clients of yours since 2003, they have household content insurance as well as 3 cars insured since then. Almost a time frame of 20 years, two decades! During the time period, one car was claimed for, however household content insurance has not been claimed for at least the last 10 years. This year January 2022, my parents put in a claim for their microwave as this is insured and should be covered under household content insurance. The consultant explained to my parents that they will need to pay an excess amount of R4500, due to loadshedding and other clients calling in for claims. My parents microwave however was not damaged due to loadshedding! R4500 is a ridiculous amount for excess, as 2 or 3 microwaves can be bought with that amount. What is the point of having insurance if it cannot be used for its purpose? Why pay insurance for almost 20 years and not receive any benefit? When insurance is needed, your insurer cannot assist! Outsurance also claims that they have the best and most affordable premiums but my parents have found a new insurer that is cheaper for the same coverage that they receive now. Outsurance continuously has adverti*****ts on TV, radio and social media claiming to "ALWAYS GET SOMETHING OUT" but clearly you get NOTHING OUT!
My friends and I came to the Waterfront after a day out. Walking past the store (Burberry) and went inside. We were having a look around and my boyfriend wanted to buy a shirt when the consultant entered and asked if she could help with a major stink attitude. We just left because the negative energy just entered the room. If she was having a bad day she shouldn't take it out on her clients. I will never go to that store again. That girl also needs to get another job where she can learn to smile. Terrible service and a disgusting attitude.
